Deceptive Trial Program Would Not Cancel My Order
I had a terrible experience with MAËLYS. I signed up for their "Try Before You Buy" program, thinking I’d only pay shipping, but a $200 charge was pending right after checkout. I immediately contacted them to cancel, but they refused, saying the order had already started processing even though it had not shipped yet.
I was clear that I did not authorize any charge beyond the shipping fee, and I did not want the order. They still sent it out and ignored my repeated cancellation requests. Now I’ve had to involve my bank and prepare to file complaints with the FTC and BBB just to avoid being charged for something I tried to cancel within minutes.
This was a stressful and disappointing experience. Their trial program is misleading, and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

WARNING!!!! AWFUL company and even WORSE customer service!! Learn from my mistake and save yourself the trouble! I ordered multiple products, none of which worked. I tried to return, they refused to give my money back even though I was returning the products and instead offered more terrible products.

DO NOT TRY BEFORE YOU BUY! This company is a joke. They are scam artists. They have no intention upon giving you a return label and only out to take your money through the fake Try Before You Buy MONEY GRAB SCHEME. I ordered the Get Dreamy through the Try Before You Buy 21 day free trial program. Though I only ordered the Get Dreamy, they decided to include the Re-lure and a so called mystery gift that I DID NOT ORDER OR ASK FOR. When my order arrived I only tried the Get Dreamy. After a couple weeks, I decided to return it. I contacted the company to request a return label via email and through their online contact us page numerous of times before my 21 day trial period expired. They replied to all of my request trying to upsell me with more products and refused to send me a return label repeatedly until my trial expired. Then after they charged my account that's when they decided to honor my request and send me the return label. I kept all my email communications with Maelys as proof of my claim with all the dates and filed a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Their customer service continued to contact me by email afterwards with snide and rude comments stating I would never receive a refund. Then I found out I could have purchased any of their products from my local Ulta and even return them if I'm not satisfied within the guidelines of Ulta's return policy for a full refund. AND Palmers has a firming skincare line that's way cheaper and actually works and can is sold almost everywhere. Walmart, Target, Amazon, Meijer, Walgreens, CVS, etc. In short... I wish I had gone to Maelys FB page and read all the issues and reviews that everyone else was having and done more research to save myself the trouble. I hope others find my review helpful!

Try before you buy promo is a SCAM
I tried the ' try before you buy' promo. While the ingredients seem pretty good it didn't help my target areas. Even after twice a day application. So I emailed them and they did initially get right back to me within a few minutes. They then offer me more time with the product which I then declined. Then they offer me an exchange to try different products which I declined again and just asked for the shipping label for the return. They then ghosted me for the rest of the morning. I just reached out again and now they claim they are busy but will get back to me within 24 hours. Totally ridiculous. Just give me my shipping label.
Terrible Customer Service—No Help With Lost Package
I had a terrible experience with MAËLYS Cosmetics’ customer service. I ordered the Be-Tight product, but due to an address error, my package was sent to the wrong location. When I reached out to MAËLYS for help, they refused to assist in rerouting the package—even though, as the sender, they had the ability to contact UPS and correct the issue. Instead, they told me to handle it myself, which ultimately led to my package being lost.
I paid for a product I never received, and MAËLYS’ lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a solution is completely unacceptable. A company that values its customers should be willing to take the necessary steps to fix shipping issues, especially when it’s within their power to do so. I will not be ordering from them again and would caution others to be wary of their poor customer service.

I've just started using the products, especially the CHARM-IT gold renewing serum along with the gold masque..this masque is different...apply and wait the desired time... just take off by rubbling it...Awesome!! Get-wild body mist, lovely clean smell. RE-START and B-TIGHT seem to be a start to tightening my skin on buttocks and thighs. I'll have to continue using the products to get ultimate results...Stay tuned...

I had this on my registry. Because I had heard great things about this product. And I was not disappointed. I started using this the day I got home from the hospital and for about 2 months straight and it absolutely tightened my skin and did all the things that it promised it would do. I would most definitely recommend this product to all of my ladies out there. Even guys that are trying to firm up those tough spots. It does work, it's very effective. You just have to continuously apply it and try not to forget days. Consistency is key, the longer you use it, the better the results you get. It doesn't really have a smell to me, but it does have a little burning sensation. So if you are sensitive to things like that, I would do like a test patch. Before you just start applying it to your entire stomach, because it does get a little hot. It has a super easy pump nozzle at the top. 1 or 2 squirts into the tips of your fingers is all you need.

Products are as described and work awesomely. Problems or questions, customer service is easy to solve or answer your concerns. Ordering online is so easy and convenient. Products arrive in a timely manner. Products have soft fragrances, work on different parts of your body, and makes your skin improve as you use them as instructed. So smooth and silky. I am very pleased with the products I have purchased and want to try all of them at some point. Highly recommend at least trying their products. You wont be disappointed!
