Great Value Villa in good condition with very good facilities
Clean and very well equipped villa. Pool was welcome to cool off and aircon also. Only short walk to nice beach. Off season but still some nice places to eat which were walkable. Garage we could fit our mid size SUV no problem - dimensions of our car 4.66m long and 1.865m wide.

A nice place that met our needs. I was a little underwhelmed by the size, quality of furnishings, and missing basic items (like kitchen towels etc). Looked fantastic in photos but felt a little deceptive, smaller and almost plasticky. Hosts were very friendly and checkin/out was very smooth. We had a car, shops weren’t really walkable. Development is a little bland. Nice kids play area next to the house. Generally a nice place to stay but was just a little underwhelming compared to the price.

Excellent stay in an excellent villa
My family and I spent three wonderful nights at Villa Summer Wind, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.
The villa is absolutely beautiful, tastefully furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine or need. So much thought has clearly gone into every detail, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and facilities, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together.
We had such a lovely stay and left with wonderful memories. We would happily recommend Villa Summer Wind to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Prima locatie, mooi ruim appartement

We had a lovely stay here - the villa is stunning! The hosts were very kind. Walkable to nice restaurants. The only issue was that you cannot reduce the AC below 22 degrees - this is locked by the owners. Totally understandable but we would have liked to know this beforehand as one of the bedrooms (with a fan) was very hot at night. But an otherwise faultless stay in a beautiful place!
