Rooms are perfectly kept and clean. Bathroom area a little dated and basic but does the job required.
Staff were super helpful and accommodating at all times. Even letting us in at 4:30am!

Super nice hotel, one of the bests I've stayed in London. The room was lovely, and the staff were very friendly, especially the two men that help with your luggage.
The location is amazing, walking distance to the Tower and Millenium bridges, as well as the London Bridge, of course.

But it's the staff that makes it so so nice. Top to bottom. Everyone all in.
The hotel didn't not tell me there was a charge for the car park. Then when I was checking out they charged me 48GPB per night! They refused to wave it after I told them that no one advised me of the charge upon arrival.
Stayed Sunday 1 night with my partner what a great hotel ..Such lovely welcoming staff and so friendly ..The location of hotel is perfect right close to London bridge station and underground and lots of buses ..Lovely room even a small fridge which was great ..We had 2 single beds comfy and good size room very clean ..Highly recomned to stay there .
Stay here alot with work. Service is always fantastic. Rooms are hit and miss. Beds vary from like a rock, to cloudlike. Showers are showing their age now, and the breakfast seems to get worse each time. Beans very often cold and the bacon looks like a good vet could save the pig more often than not. Location is second to none though when working at the shard.

Dropped into the bar for a drink with a colleague. Eventually served with the worst pint of Guiness I have ever had. Sour and most definitely not right. Won't be visiting again!!

La chambre twin a deux matelas différents mais on a très bien dormi.
Le personnel est très sérieux, le concierge du soir est vraiment sympathique, je n’ai pas son nom mais il parle français !
Hotel au pied du Shard. Vue sur une rue calme. Salle de sport bien équipee. Wifi gratuit. Je n’ai pas testé le bar ou restaurant. Mais cela a l’air très bien.
Gare London Bridge donc trains à qq minutes et Metro quasiment devant, 2 lignes la grise Jubilee line trop chargée lors de notre séjour qui dessert par ex Waterloo ou Westminster donc vraiment pratique si elle était moins bondée et la noire Northern qui monte vers Camden.
