I am currently almost halfway through my Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety with LET Training, and I can confidently say it has been a very positive and valuable experience so far.
Mrs Robyn Smith has been an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive. She explains WHS concepts in a clear and practical way, which makes it much easier to understand and apply them in real workplace situations. What I appreciate most is her willingness to help whenever I have questions. She provides detailed feedback and always makes sure I stay on track with my assessments.
The support from LET Training is outstanding. They really help you understand how to complete your assessments properly and as quickly as possible, without feeling overwhelmed. They are with you every step of the way, guiding you and making sure you feel confident in what you are doing.
The course is well-structured and highly relevant to real-world safety practices. Even at this stage, I feel much more confident in my understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, risk management, and compliance.

Let Training was fantastic. The administration was always very helpful and attentive.
My assessor Marissa was very fair and gave lots of great feedback.
The course itself was very good. Lots of good information. The work load was very manageable.

I completed 2 courses, Certificate IV in Human Resources and Work Health & Safety, with LET Training over the past two years. The experience was excellent. The entire course was delivered online and self-paced, which was perfect for fitting studying while working full-time and caring for a family.
The support from the LET Training team was outstanding. My tutor, Marissa, was available when I needed help or clarification. She also made me feel relaxed when conducting role plays — something I was really nervous about. She made them feel far less daunting and helped build my confidence.
Maria from the admin team regularly sent reminder emails to help keep me on track, which I really appreciated. The webinars were also a great resource, and the fact they were recorded meant I could watch them at my own pace.
