This is one of many courses I’ve completed with LET Training, and once again I had a really positive experience. Most recently, I completed a WHS course with the team. The course was well delivered, easy to follow and, most importantly, practical and relevant to real workplace situations. The trainers were knowledgeable, approachable and made the whole process enjoyable. I’ve completed quite a bit of training over the years, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of the courses and the support provided by the LET Training team. I would definitely recommend LET Training to anyone looking to complete one of the courses they offer or build on their existing knowledge and skills.

Very disappointing and discouraging experience with this institution. One of the most upsetting parts of my experience was a comment made by a trainer suggesting that I would not become an HR professional because I prepare for my assessments. I found this comment extremely inappropriate and discouraging, especially coming from someone whose role should be to support and guide students through their learning. Preparing for an assessment does not mean someone is incapable of working in HR. Students have different ways of learning and preparing, and no trainer should make comments that make a student feel judged or discouraged about their future career. I also found it quite concerning that while looking through the institution’s reviews, I could see positive reviews for LET Training that have been left by people who are themselves trainers at LET Training. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. I enrolled to learn, improve my skills and work towards a career in Human Resources, not to be discouraged or have my future professional abilities judged because of the way I prepare for assessments.

I recently completed a Dual Diploma of Business and Diploma of Leadership and Management. I found LET Training provided a great course package with units mapped across both qualifications to reduce the total of units required. The student portal was easy to navigate and support from the team and assessor’s both valuable and easy, if studying I recommend using the assessor for your role play tasks rather than filming your own as they understand the unit and requirements of each task. Very competitive price point of the qualification also. Highly recommend RTO

Studying with LET Training was a great experience, and Marissa Litonjua is the reason why, she genuinely cared how I was going, checked in on me to keep me motivated to continue and finish my Diploma. This was also the first RTO I've been with that had an assessor actually take part in my role-plays, which honestly made completing the role plays much easier it made a real difference to my progress. Marissa made it easy with her online calendar to book in for role plays as well. Marissa always knew how to structure the learning in an achievable way with a full time job at the same time. Thank you for everything Marissa, I highly recommend this RTO.
