I honestly can’t recommend them enough! I had my ring custom made and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality and level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The service was incredible, and Siziwe was always on top of everything from start to finish. She was always checking in, keeping me updated. The whole process was so seamless and reassuring.
Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life. I’m absolutely obsessed with how it turned out! I couldn’t be happier and already can’t wait to have my next piece made!
The location on maps doesn’t tell clearly where they are. It’s in the basement parking lot next to the electric charging station
Went there for a valuation on some inherited jewelry - excellent service, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, fast, and good pricing.
Highly recommended.
Amazing service from Siziwe and the team at Kotsa Jewellers. They assisted me with a broken necklace and the service received was nothing short of being perfect. Thank you!
Incredible service! They resized my ring perfectly! Siziwe at reception is very friendly and helpful 🙏🏼
Took my ring in for a simple claw repair and got the ring back with more issues that now need be fixed. The repair was messy, rushed and unprofessional. Absolute disappointment considering that this was done to my engagement ring.
Purchased a engagement ring and Kosta made the process super easy. The ring is everything I asked for and more. Highly recommended and big thank you again.
I am very impressed with the service and repair job done on my wedding ring and for a fraction of a price than had been quoted to me elsewhere. Repair job is phenomenal and turnaround time quick. My ring looks brand new, they went above and beyond despite the fact that I was a first time customer. I highly highly recommend!!!
I lost the centre diamond on my engagement ring while on holiday. Kosta replaced the diamond and fixed my ring. It looks absolutely amazing. Thank you Kosta.
