My husband surprised me with a center stone upgrade on my original wedding ring for our 25th anniversary/ my birthday. . Sabrina was so helpful and patient as I made my choice. I was so excited I had forgotten to ask some questions and stopped in on the following Monday, again she was patient with me with me and my questions. I absolutely LOVE how my ring turned out. So thankful we stayed true to the original ring yet slightly different. They even got it done a little early. The quality of the stone is top notch. Thanks Jensen’s !
Jensens was fantastic! We loved everything about our experience with them. The people were always friendly and willing to help. Jensens was very easy to work with and they cared about us as a couple. We had Jewel help us throughout our whole experience and she was amazing! She always wanted what was best for us and made sure we found something that we really loved.

Cannot say enough good things about Jensen Jewelers. While going through my parents estate I came across some coins that I did not know the value of. I brought them in to find the values and was greeted by a smile and never felt any pressure. The coins were fairly valued. And I was able to sell some and kept others.
My now fiancé and I went to Jensens multiple times to create my dream engagement ring. Every time we went in we were treated so kindly. We worked with Mitch for the majority of our experience at Jensens. Mitch went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choice. I am a very indecisive person, so we went through every case of rings and was able to try on anything I wanted. I never felt rushed. When it came to choosing the exact diamond, Mitch even had to have one special ordered in because the store did not have any of this specific diamond shape. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé and I will be going back for engagement bands. Would highly recommend Jensens to anyone looking for a ring in the southwest Michigan area!
My husband bought my engagement ring at Jensen over 20 years ago, and we got our wedding bands there as well. It was wonderful to work with them then, and I've stopped in for maintenance over the years and they continue to be fantastic. Recently, my ring was catching on things and I found out the prongs needed some work to keep the diamond safe. We ended up deciding to "upgrade" the diamond at the same time, which meant a new ring. I've always loved the design of my ring and didn't want a big change. Sabrina knew exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect ring and diamond. The designer soldered the new ring to my original wedding band, and I LOVE how it all turned out!
Everyone at Jensen was amazing to work with, and they were even able to get it done quickly so I could have my ring back before we left on vacation. So thankful for Sabrina and her expertise, for putting me at ease about a decision that was more emotional than I would have expected, and for her sweet excitement throughout. These people are the best!
Heather and Eric took great care of me, I had a watch with stubborn link pins and a stuck stem so I couldn’t change the date and time to be accurate. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. Great experience.
All of the staff and so friendly and helpful! They’re willing to do anything they can to help make the ring-shopping process as convenient as possible. They’ve always gone out of their way to help my husband and I through buying our rings. I’ve never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them!
I can’t speak highly enough about Mitch. We went to probably 5-7 diamond stores of all degrees and nothing compared to the experience Mitch provided at Jensen Jewelers. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in Mitch greeted us with a calm warmth that stayed the entire journey and gently guided through the heavily involved (and often intimidating) process of purchasing engagement and wedding rings.
