I enjoyed my experience at Jensen Jewelers very much. Sabrina was welcoming, patient (I came back several times before I made my final decision) and knowledgeable. All experiences with Jensen Jewelers have been amazing. I recently had custom work done to redesign a pendant and Kennedy was fantastic to work with - fun, full of great ideas and very responsive to follow up questions. I love how it turned out! I’ve also had repairs done and sold jewelry that had been sitting in a drawer for years. Every experience has stood out. Having worked in fine jewelry myself, I appreciate the level of customer service, honesty and quality of work. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

This one female employee what just so wonderful! I really wish I was able to catch her name. She was so lovely to my fiance who was just clueless on what to do 😅. Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Jensen Jewelers. We arrived about an hour before closing time and Sabrina provided an excellent experience without rushing us to buy a ring that day. She provided as many options for my partner to try, with a variety of ring styles and various diamond cuts within our budget. She made recommendations as to what stone would look best with the band that we wanted, but did not pressure us to get anything that pushed us to the higher end of our budget. I was able to take advantage of a 0% interest payment plan for 12 months and the ring was available for pick up in less than 4 weeks. Sabrina provided unmatched customer service and made what could have been a stressful process into a fun, exciting start to an exciting chapter of my partner and I’s life.

Bought an engagement ring here and couldn't be happier with the experience. I had a lot of questions going in, and the staff was patient, helpful, and never pushy. They made what felt like a big decision a lot easier and helped me find the right ring without trying to upsell me. The ring turned out great, and my fiancée loves it. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring or other jewelry. Great people and great service.
