I’m a sports massage therapist myself and have struggled to find a good quality massage in the last year. Emma was fantastic and knowledgeable in multiple fields and really took the time to understand my many ailments. I’ve been doing my best with myofascial release techniques and mobilisation exercises, but my left lower back and hip feels a lot looser than I have been able to get it, in months. I have re-booked for two weeks time and will ensure it becomes part of my overall maintenance routine from here on out. I can fully recommend the service Emma provided.

I went to see Abby for the Swift treatment on a verucca that I have been trying to get rid of for about 8 years. After 3 treatments it has completely gone and I am over the moon! The clinic is a beautiful space, the treatment prices are great value for the level of service provided and Abby was great. She made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Professional and pleasant experience- will definitely go back to Kin Body and Sole for any physio or podiatry needs.

I had a pregnancy massage booked with Emma. It was lovely! We sat down and went throigh a few questions before hand. She was so warm and welcoming. We chatted whilst I had my hands and feet done and then was made comfortable for my massage. I would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be back!

I took my son for nail surgery. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Abby included him in the whole process treating him respectfully. The treatment had worked a treat, the after care package was clearly explained and well equipped..

Needed advice for the treatment of several stubborn verrricus. Found the clinc by chance, initial assessment was thorough and professional. Abby provided clear treatment choices and what to expect from each option. Elected to go for Swift, this process is little uncomfortable but for me personally was highly effective. Care from start to finish including post treatment follow ups was first class. Highly recommend.

Excellent clinic. Very easy online booking system with great availability. Gorgeous clinic and Abby was just great. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me as she conducted the appointment. I went to Abby with a verruca that had resisted all my efforts to remove it for about a decade. She explained the various options very clearly and I chose the laser treatment. This was effective and there is now no sign of the verruca at all. It’s amazing. Abby herself is great and I enjoyed my appointments with her, as we both admired my newly healed foot!

I had been suffering from a painful right foot for several weeks. Abby quickly diagnosed the probable cause and provided me with a pair of custom insoles, as well as a set of exercise routines to tackle the problem. I must say in addition that the establishment is bright and clean, and radiates a feeling of efficiency and helpfulness.

I went for a pregnancy massage today, and it was honestly the best massage I've ever had. I wish I had found this place sooner! The pregnancy bump pillow was so comfy, and the massage itself was amazing. I've never been so relaxed!

Written for and on behalf of my dad who until recently had been suffering with a severe problem with his foot. He had gone to and fro between doctors and chiropodists none of whom could tell what the problem was and said it was a corn or bunion. An appointment was made with Abby who straight away identified what the issue was and referred dad to a vascular consultant. Thanks to Abby dad was treated and had surgery for a blockage in his artery which if not found when it was could have resulted in the loss of his foot. I can’t thank Abby enough for what she did and the way she looked after my dad and would recommend her to anyone.

I had a few appointments with Abby after a foot sprain at the beginning of this year. She is so lovely and knowledgeable and also made me bespoke insoles that helped me with foot pain I struggled with for years! Definitely recommend!!

We went to see Abby to seek advice about my daughters ingrown toe nails late last year. Abby recommend surgery which she did for my daughter on two occasions for her both her big toes. My daughter struggles with anxiety, Abby and Emma were incredibly patient with her and made her feel at ease. They went out of their way to support my daughter and the whole experience was very positive. The after care that Abby provided was above and beyond anything I would have expected and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter has had no issues with her toes since the surgery and I cannot thank Abby enough for the service she provided. I highly recommend Kin, Body and Sole!

I met Abby today, lovely lady who explained everything to me about the possibilities of the reason for my sore feet , I was shown the correct way to cut my nails ( I’m 67 and I’ve been cutting my nails incorrectly all these years 😂) my feet feel 100% better already , if you have any problems with your feet this is the place to visit , Abby was a really helpful I felt extremely comfortable for the whole time I was there, would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, huge thanks Abby x

I met Emma after from a recommendation from another of her clients. After snapping my Achilles tendon in June 22, I started physiotherapy with her in September, when I was still struggling to walk. Emma provided various different exercises for me to start off with, and every session adapted them, or introduced new exercises as I was getting stronger and recovering. I would highly recommend anyone with any physio needs to make an appointment, listen to her advice and work with the exercises set as you will not regret it.

Really helped my daughter in just three sessions. Abby was lovely and explained everything while reassuring my daughter while having her treatment. My daughter has seen fantastic results, would highly recommend!

Abby is simply excellent! The clinic is in a beautiful location and pristine inside. I visited Abby at kin body and Sole after looking at the excellent reviews online. I had been dealing with a problematic verruca for around 5 years. My verruca was on the ball of my foot and causing me excruciating pain (8/10) when walking, the pain was even worse when resting it and would send stabbing pains up my leg. I had seen other podiatrists, tried every over the counter treatment, home remedies and had 3 sessions of cryotherapy with my GP, nothing worked. Not to mention the social stigma and the feeling that I was sponsored by Boots plasters! I was at my wits end as I am a keen walker and lead a very busy, active lifestyle. Driving also became a real issue as it began to hurt intensely whenever I took my foot off the pedal. The pain became incredibly intense and often kept me awake at night even with painkillers, daily OTC treatment and care. Abby suggested trying the Swift treatment and I can honestly say it was incredible! My first session, I hobbled in, Abby was very reassuring and kept checking to make sure that I was comfortable, I didn't feel a thing and walked out virtually pain free. Within a week the verruca had notably reduced in size, so I was excited for my next session. The second session I felt it a little more but it's a fleeting pain and over in no time, my verruca shrunk yet again and I was amazed. At my third session, the treatment was more painful but again, fleeting (over in a couple of minutes) and definitely worth it. When I went back to see Abby after my final session, we were both so thrilled that it had completely gone! Abby's treatment using Swift was incredible, she is so kind and reassuring, has a lovely, bubbly personality and definitely knows her stuff. I can't thank her highly enough for giving me my life back and would highly recommend Kin Body & Sole! She provided immediate relief for a problematic, long term foot problem and I can’t thank her enough. Such a lovely clinic and I thoroughly recommend it.
