I got root canal done here by Dr. Mahpour a few years ago. This month I was told that the same tooth with the root canal has had chronic infection because some bacteria may have been left behind. I had to do a retreatment. For the past few years I have had stomach issues which could have been linked with the tooth infection. All of this because my root canal was not done properly. Avoid this place.

I had the best endodontic patient experience with Dr. Vivian Graham of Modern Micro Endodontics. Loved the modern aesthetic, equipment, and her aseptic technique. I particularly appreciated how Dr. Graham took the time to explain every step of the procedure. From the initial x-ray to completion, I felt safe and had no pain. I looked at my Pre-Op vs Post-Op x-rays and the work looks like an artistic masterpiece; very intricate, amazing and beautiful! Her assistant was also very attentive😍 It was like an endodontic spa day.
The dr and procedure was done well. Here is the problem. Their billing dept is horrible First you process the claim to the wrong delta dental office twice. I paid over 1k on my first visit . After the root canal second visit on May 22 they processed the first claim. I called June 9 to inquire if I overpaid but they said there is another claim to file. June 19 no second claim filed. Although they tried but again when to the wrong place. So today they are holding over 400 dollars and they really should get that last claim processed. Unfortunately they can take up to 15 months to file this claim and after that I could very well have over paid and have options to get my money back. Providers should be forced to get their claims in a timely manner. Some insurers limit it to 90 days but not my insurance. I could file a dispute with my credit card now but will allow them some time to file . I have 2 years to do this if needed.
I love the office everybody was so polite and caring from the front desk to behind the scenes the Dentist was very nice and loving with a smooth and gentle touch and very caring and concern about if you are ok her assistant also did a great job i felt nothing wish i could of had them for my dentist forever great job a vlean and beautiful place to go and staff is extraordinary i love my experiance and would recommend them to anybody that needs their experties
Dr. Gram and the entire team at Modern Micro Endodontics are exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate from start to finish. Dr. Gram took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of endodontic care. Outstanding experience!
I had the most amazing experience at this clinic for my first ever root canal surgery. I am an extremely anxious dental patient and if you are like me I would highly recommend Dr. Tara Mahpour.
