Joined Iron Grip 6 months ago and would recommend this academy to anyone who wants to be active and be part of an incredible community. The coaches are top class, involved and they care. And on top of that they have grown one of the most welcoming communities out there with a supportive culture between the members.

Our son started at Iron Grip and we could not be more Satisfied.
Our son showed interest in martial arts in the beginning of the year, we decided to dig deeper and we found Iron Grip. I personally wanted my son to have more confidence, gain more muscles and strength his core. All of these and many more great qualities have been achieved. Iron Grip staff are all friendly and professional.

My son has been at Iron Grip since February of this year and it has truly had a positive impact on his life. He looks forward to the days he has to train and learn the art of BJJ. He has gained a lot more confidence and made connections with other little ones that will surely last a lifetime. I've been at Iron Grip for a year now and can definitely say that it has been an amazing experience. Everyone in the gym is extremely friendly and willing to help at any time.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new sport or form of exercise, or even just a way to socialize with new people and learn something new at the same time.
