I've been training at Iron Grip for about 2 and a half years.There is an amazing and welcoming community at the academy. When I first joined I was very timid and quiet but they helped me grow as a person. Over time I became more confident and pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone more often.I will always be grateful for the people I have met and experiences I've had. One of the best choices I've made.
Coming from a judo background, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this gym has stood out for its cleanliness, the strong sense of community, and the disciplined yet supportive training environment. Training has helped me come out of my shell, build confidence that carries into everyday life, and given me better problem-solving skills. It’s also been meaningful to see my children get involved too, gaining their own confidence and discipline, which really reflects the positive culture of the gym. I hope to continue training jiu-jitsu for as long as my body can handle it, because of the growth, discipline, and supportive community it continues to give us. Thank you to the coaches at Iron Grip Martial Arts for transforming us!!!
My seven year old is loving his classes at Iron Grip. Priceless lessons are taught in every class and it’s great to see the kids learning while having fun!

I've been training for 4 years at the academy. The quality of coaching is excellent and the community is just awesome. I highly recommend this club for anyone wanting to try BJJ. You will be made to feel welcome from day one. I started when i was 45 and morbidly obese. If i can do it so can you.
Great class structure in a fun and safe environment. Everyone is always willing to assist and give advice and help each other improve constantly. You walk in and you feel welcome and the standard of teaching is exceptional. You always leave feeling better than you did walking in. Go try it!

It offers a really great environment for people new to the sport and good continuation beyond that in the advanced program.
Coaching is very sharp and thorough.
They make a combat sport as safe as it can possibly be.
