I had a wonderful dining experience at Ziyafet Kuzu Çevirme in Istanbul. The lamb was absolutely delicious, incredibly fresh, tender, and full of rich, authentic flavor. The meat was perfectly prepared, with a beautiful texture and natural richness that made every bite enjoyable. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. What truly made this experience special was the exceptional Turkish hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was outstanding. A very special thanks to Fevzi and Yousef, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing excellent service. Their warm smiles, kindness, and attention to every little detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. They truly represent the best of Turkish hospitality! Overall, an excellent restaurant combining delicious, high-quality lamb with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I would happily come back again. Thank you, Fevzi and Yousef, for making the experience even more special!

Traditional Turkish Kemiksiz Kuzu Cevirme are known for their rich, natural lamb flavor. The lamb liver is tender, aromatic, and subtly sweet. Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice offers a refreshing acidity that perfectly balances the richness of the meat. Don’t miss the İçli Köfte, a traditional Turkish stuffed meatball with a crispy exterior and a richly seasoned, flavorful filling. Many thanks to Mr. Murat for his thoughtful and attentive service. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality, especially the lovely Turkish tea he kindly offered us.

Roast meat at its finest! Delicious! We took the pulled lamb and the lamb on the bone. Both were delicious! The Ayran was the best we've had so far, it's home-made, frothy but thin, really excellent! Service was fast and super friendly.
