Absolutely wonderful customer service, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome and in safe hands Thorough and careful eye testing and a full explanation of what's wrong and what was needed.
Today I collected my two pairs of prescription glasses that I need for work and they seem perfect so far!

A great experience. The doctor was very quick with the examination, provided the results right away, and laid out a treatment plan. Really wonderful.
Went here for an eye test + new glasses. Test booking was smooth via the website, test itself was very professional. Afterwards the service was excellent. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Infocus Opticians, and in particular, I would like to highlight Nadeem UI-Haq for his exceptional professionalism and customer care.
Nadeem was the first optician I’ve ever encountered who really took the time to look at how my frame fits my individual face profile and carefully adjusted it accordingly. No one had ever explained or paid attention to this before, and it made a noticeable difference to both the comfort and fit of my glasses.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Nadeem was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect for me rather than simply completing the appointment.
It is rare to come across this level of customer service and expertise. I would highly recommend Infocus Opticians, and especially Nadeem, to anyone looking for a truly professional and personalised experience.

Great service here, needed a quick adjustment to the sizing of my glasses and the team had it done within 2 minutes!
