Wife recently went here and 'BEN' was brilliant couldn't help her enough, very knowledgeable. Had a great big smile all the while so it put the wife great ease. Plus the other week the wife was walking past and he called her in to see how she got on at hospital with her eyes.
Goes way beyond what is expected. Cannot thank him enough for looking after her.

They are all so very friendly at Uttoxeter boots store. Especially Ben Faulkner and also Jen. I have been coming for years and they never let me down. They are very thorough. My glasses are perfect always and I would never go anywhere else

I’ve recently collected new glasses from Boots Opticians in Wimborne and have been so impressed with the service from start to finish. Demi, Maddie and Dan were fantastic in taking me through the process and giving advice. And also keeping my 4 year old entertained so I could try on lots of frames! From very first going into boots opticians in Uttoxeter both my wife & myself were looked after. Along with the staff being so knowledgeable, they were also very passionate about what they did. Both Jen & Ben looked after us so well that we ended up with just what we needed. 5 star service

We have used this branch for a few years now. From the very first visit I have been looked after well. Everything is laid out and explained clearly. I've not experienced any pressure to buy or upgrade anything. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable. I've had prescription glasses, sunglasses and workshop safety glasses from here.
The children have been well looked after with everything explained to them clearly and any questions answered. As a side note they also looked after me when I visited Boots pharmacy with a painful eye. The Pharmacist took me round to the Optician and they looked after me checked me eye thoroughly and got me sorted.
Yes there has been a wait at times (things run over or crop up, eye tests take time) you just have to wait or arrange another time to go back if you aren't able to wait. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
The stores always been tidy, warm (and smells great!), the staff have been friendly, welcoming and patient.

Jen was absolutely brilliant on my visit this morning! Super helpful with getting me an exact replica of my glasses ordered due to damage, and re fitting my current pair so I can still use them! Amazing service
