Updating my previous review: after a lot of miscommunication and delays, John with Blue Bird Fence came to fix the issues we had been dealing with. Overall, the fence quality for black aluminum is a little flimsy and I wish they had actual double gates rather than using fence panels with hinges and latches screwed on them. The project started off well with the first person who came out to measure, she took her time and gave her opinion on how she thought the fence would lay out better. We also had good communication with John who ended up doing the full repair. I would have given more stars if the initial communication between Emily and the repairman was communicated better so they didn't have to go back and forth multiple times just to get some latches changed.
