This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from iAutohaus and I was even more satisfied this time around. A business who takes time to improve is worth their value 1000 times over. Christopher is phenomenal to work with. He is a true gem not only as a salesman, but a real stand up gentleman, which can be hard to come by these days. It’s no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews! I cannot recommend them enough.

Your review is missing some very important details. To briefly recap, you brought your 2015 BMW 320i (116K miles) to us on 5/18/26 with a few complaints. We made our recommendations (most were overdue maintenance items) and you DECLINED all except for the battery, spark plugs and serpentine belt- so no, you did not “fix it all”. You never contacted us about any failures/complaints after your visit. On 8/3/26 you returned (3,839 miles driven) and complained the vehicle was “dying at stop lights”- again, no complaints about the previous service in May. The vehicle had new fault codes and was diagnosed. Yes, there were new recommendations based on this diagnosis along with the items you had PREVIOUSLY DECLINED in May. You declined the new and previous recommendations at this recent visit. Based on these facts, we are unclear why this warranted a bad review; however, we are more than happy to go over all the details with you again. 480.317.0783

Wow, what an amazing experience buying a car. This dealership does it right, props to these guys for creating such a welcoming, smooth, and super clean environment to get a new vehicle. Christopher and Wesley made everything so great. I’ve bought a lot of cars for my age and had lots of experience in a dealership as a buyer, and never has any other dealership come close to this. Christopher asked me good questions and helped me find the right vehicle with the right amount of miles, the right price for my situation and then even gave me more than what I thought I could get for my trade!! Who does that?! Picked up this 2024 tesla model Y performance, I actually came in to look at a 2023 that was more expensive, they steered me in the direction of car to help me save money and achieve a better outcome at the same time for what I was looking for. 10000/5 stars if I could, seriously

This is a 5 star ***** operation all the way! I initially was in communication with Christopher about a Mercedes S580. His communication was great. I decided to go in and have a look at the car and met up with his Dad, Wesley. Wesley was very warm and personable and was focused on getting to know me, not selling me a car right away. He treated me like I was family and I absolutely loved that! He gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel like a VIP, without a doubt. This is a family operation that is very well-run and attentive to your every need. I looked over the car and when pointing out any flaws, Wesley jumped on them all right awat and took care of them himself. They run their business just as I have for many years--hands on and with the belief that the customer is the #1 priority. They are very successful and it definitely shows. I love my new purchase and feel a real value that goes well beyond just a car sale. I will definitely be back for service and sales again in the future, without a doubt!
