Select German Car Service fixed the issues, sent detailed information about what the issue was with pictures and all. They sent detailed information on exactly what they were fixing. They had great customer service and even gave me a loaner car. Take your car here! Their pricing was also way better than the dealer. Very honest shop as well, they are not trying to scam you into fixing something that doesn’t need to be fixed.

One. Want potential customers to actually know what you work on? Then let us see the whole description. Fix that and I'll fix this review (and probably bring in my VW for service).

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for my experience this week with the cool folks at Select. My Volkswagen Jetta was driving poorly so I took it in for a diagnosis and these guys were great! They performed an extremely detailed inspection with photos and explanations and advised me on steps I could take to help get my car back to its old self.
Their diagnosis revealed 30+ fault codes that I had no idea were happening because no lights were on my dash but I felt something was off with the way the car was driving and some random rattling I would hear at certain RPMs.
They replaced spark plugs, coil packs, my ac fan that was about to take off into space with how loud it rumbled, and most importantly they did a timing chain and tensioner replacement. They said the chain was slightly stretched and was ready for replacement and I came in at a good time!
And let me say that this car drives like the day I bought it! It’s over 12 years old now and close to 140,000 miles so I am hoping to get some more life out of this car with these repairs. I was getting so excited with how it was driving after I picked it up today. You don’t really know how bad a car’s performance degrades over time until you get it fixed. Shout out to Tom and David for the fast and clear communication!
To top it off, they had a loaner car available for the duration of my repair. This really came in handy and I appreciate it guys!!
I will definitely be bringing my car here until she kicks the bucket. 10/10 would recommend Select German Car Service if you need diagnosis, repairs, and a chocolate bar!

I took my Porsche Cayenne to Select German and had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and clearly knows German cars. They diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me updated the whole time. Much better experience than the dealership. I won’t be going back to the dealer again.

I've taken my Macan Turbo here multiple times, and have consistently been pleased with the service as well as the courtesy of the team. Quick, efficient, resourceful, communicative, solid. Brought my C300 in for Service B maintenance and blew a tire on the way in. They were able to accommodate the extra work (new tires and alignment) without blinking, and they finished it all earlier than their estimate, without a hitch. Prices were fair for all of it. I’ll be back.

David and the crew repaired my car really quickly. My issues was addressed and fully explained. David guided and communicate with me throughout the entire process. David decreased the pricing and fixed the other issues on my s7 after the diagnostic. Going back for other services and repair.
