It was a delight to have Aiden and his team on site. They understood the work needed to clear the site, executed it efficiently and quickly and left the site immaculately clean. A reasonable price for a good job done. Dougal Philip

It was a pleasure to help you Doug, and we look forward to meeting you again in the future.
Team of 3 arrived promptly and took time and care in our garden from start to finish. They did a professional and meticulous job of cutting back our overgrown hedging and trimming a tree. They were very pleasant guys and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They also cleared up really thoroughly at the end of the job.
We had previously checked out that Heartwood have a SEPA waste disposal registration so we can with full confidence highly recommend this company and will use them again in future.

Thanks so much for the kind words! Our team loved helping you and really appreciate your recommendation.
The Heartwood Team did an excellent and professional job, removing one tree, pruning and shaping another, and reducing a sizeable conifer hedge for me. Both operatives were friendly, keen to help and informative at every stage. They showed great attention to detail and did a great clean-up when the work was completed. A real pleasure to deal with them.
Highly recommended.

Thank you very much your feedback, it is greatly appreciated by the team, Happy to have been able to assist with your works.
Cannot recommend Heartwood Tree Care enough. We had them trim a 40ft leyland cypress and remove several hedges. Heartwood Tree Care was the most reasonable quote (by a lot), and did an absolutely fantastic job. They were finished with the whole project by midday, cleaned everything up, and were so careful of our neighbors' properties. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Thanks for your lovey words Bryan, glad you are happy with the service provided.
I am sorry to say but my recent experience was not good, postponed once, when the team arrived they did not have the tools including a set of ladders, to trim my cloud pruned conifer ! Next visit one set of shears ! I had to lend them mine ! Very difficult to actually speak to someone ! Andrew made an appointment to see me , never turned up, no apology ! I doubt I would use them again, ! I think the business has grown soo much technology it is difficult to communicate with in person !! C
