I'm very thankful to have found this company! Because they specialize in dryer vent cleaning, the service was top notch. Every recommendation and cost was clearly explained without pressure and based on thorough examination of all parts of the system. The vent on our roof was in bad shape (broken and having become an entry point for critters), so we opted to replace it with a safer one designed specifically for dryer vents. We also appreciated and followed through on a couple other sensible recommendations reflecting the company's expertise in their area of service. When Justin left, I knew a lot more about my house and feel safer and better equipped to help keep the dryer vent cleaner going forward. He was very professional, did a great job!

Very happy with the vent work and cleaning Homesafe performed for my dryer system. Justin described the work he thought would be necessary and gave me a price before any work was performed. Had no idea that the dryer installers from 2015 had done such a poor job. The dryer was vented into the attic and not outside the house. Justin made everything safe and fully functional. Cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and he also made sure that everything was left clean and dust free. Great work! Highly recommend Homesafe for everyone.

I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a dryer vent cleaning. This was my first time using this company. But they by far exceeded my expectations. They were Very commutative. Charlie called approximately 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful for me to put my dog away. My main concern was the vent going to the outside of my house from my dryer. But Charlie went above and beyond and checked the heating element inside the dryer and make sure that was good, he also checked for any leakage in my washer hoses, checked the attic as well as the roof. He was able to spot the issue and got it fixed right away. He showed me pictures of everything along the way and the before and after pictures are amazing!! He made sure everything was working and cleaned up before he left! Can’t say enough about Charlie and this company, Thank you!

HomeSafe came out and looked at my dryer and ventilation system. Saw multiple areas that needed to be addressed and recommended multiple options. Weren’t pushy and trying to sell something not needed. They were very thorough throughout each step in keeping me informed. They cleaned out exhaust vent and placed new duct work on the back of the dryer/wall. Would definitely recommend.
