We contacted HoneSafe on Saturday to address a dryer vent issue that we were having with our new dryer. The dryer said our vent thru our roof was 80% blocked. Justin from HomeSafe arrived in the agreed time period and efficiently diagnosed our problems. He showed us pictures of our current vent and gave us options for remedies. After we selected our options, Justin went to work and professionally addressed them. He showed us after repairs status of our system. Our vent piping is vastly improved. Highly recommend HomeSafe and Justin.

My dryer showed an airflow restriction warning, so I called HomeSafe for dryer vent service and I’m really glad I did. Justin was excellent — very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly with no high-pressure sales. He cleaned out the dryer vents, replaced the hoses on our washer, and did a full inspection. He even found that the dryer vent on my roof wasn’t up to code and had a screen on it, which is a fire hazard. He showed me photos and explained everything. What really impressed me was his honesty. The quote he gave me was actually reduced after the work was done because everything went smoothly. If you need dryer vent cleaning or inspection, I highly recommend HomeSafe. Great service and a very professional technician!

First, the appointment-making was easy, and HomeSafe was able to get a technician to my house quite quickly. Elijah, the technician, was very cordial and thorough. He did a great job of troubleshooting and fixing my dryer vent issue (not thoroughly drying my clothes in a timely manner). He clearly explained the problem and provided pictures and options. I was glad to see that he was not pushy at all. After deciding which options to go with, he completed the work and made sure that his work area was cleaned. We had struggled with being able to dry our clothes properly for what seemed like an eternity. We went through struggle after struggle thinking two different dryers were bad. Turns out, we had about 30 years of lint buildup in our dryer vent. On top of that, the dryer vent exhaust hood was actually a bathroom vent hood. Totally the wrong hood was installed initially. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and how he needed to go about fixing it. This fix was slightly expensive but, again, it was decades of buildup and wrong hood installation not allowing the correct air to move through and out of the vent. In the end, it was very worth the price and we will definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks Charlie, you’re amazing!!
