I did the 4 week rejuva detox programme as I have an under active thyroid and find loosing weight impossible and was aware I needed to get my gut in better shape. I was astounded how good I felt in such a short amount of time not only did my skin look glowing my eyes looked brighter. I found Vanessa through yourmategingerkate and was very intrigued to see if she could help me. I’d been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis since January 2025 on my face and been using topical creams that only worked until I stopped using them. Vanessa first saw me when I was withdrawing from the steroids and I wasn’t in a very good place mentally or physically if I’m being honest. My skin was flakey and looked awful.
She told me about everything that was going on inside me and made a bespoke program to suit my needs. I saw her after six weeks and omg I felt so much better, my skin was looking great, I had lost some weight, so overall very positive. I've just completed an absolutely amazing course run by Vanessa at Health's Angels . I thoroughly enjoyed learning how muscle testing can be used effectively to help us locate and correct imbalances in the body. As a massage therapist this is the perfect addition to my skill set. I recently had a kinesiology session with Vanessa and it was incredible. She helped me understand what was working for my body and what I needed to avoid. I also learned what I was missing in my nutrition, so I ordered the supplements she recommended—and it was a total game changer. I was amazed at the difference they made.

I’ve struggled with eczema/contact dermatitis on and off for years and tried every cream the doctors could offer. I was also dealing with bloating and suspected food intolerances, but figuring out what was actually causing it felt impossible. I discovered the lovely Vanessa and Health's Angels when I did a treatment for detoxing. Years on I signed up for a foundation course in systematic kinesiology which was amazing the skill set I have learned from Vanessa is mind blowing and I have gone on to study to be a practitioner.
