Amazing! Dr. Baylan performed lipo via AirSculpt on my abdomen and my back side love handles, and did a fat transfer to my hips. 10/10 highly recommend - he did an amazing job. I have no regrets. All my clothes fit better and I am much more confident. His bedside manner was also great. I admitted I was incredibly nervous, and he was very kind and chatty to calm me down.

Dr. Baylan bring his expertise to the patient and patiently discusses the patient's options. His staff is fantastic at responding to questions through the portal. This is especially helpful while in recovery. I would always return to Dr. Baylan if I needed another procedure. I trust him completely and know he and his staff are amazing.

My name is Dana Hext and I was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. I was referred to Dr Baylan by my PA Melody at Dr. Dollar’s office.Through the process of a mastectomy and reconstruction surgeries I have had to see Dr Baylan more than any doctor in my life & we’re still not done yet. He’s very concerned about his patients, (me) he takes the time to answer all my questions, I have NEVER felt rushed.. When you have major surgeries, it’s very concerning, I can’t say enough great things about him. Im so blessed to have had Dr. Baylan as my plastic surgeon. As I’m healing I am finding the work he’s done he’s pretty dang good!He’s office staff is the BEST staff I’ve every worked with. It doesn’t matter who I speak with, I’m number one. I must say Maria is my go to & #1 nurse, she’s amazing!Funny thing: I love the colorful tenny shoes his wife picks out for him

Number 1 plastic surgeon! My name is Dana Hext, I had a mastectomy due to breast cancer in July of this year. Dr. Baylan is my surgeon who is taking care of me for my breast reconstruction. After many many visits since my mastectomy I have gotten to know him & his staff alot better. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, but his office is run immaculately they make you feel so comfortable!Maria, one of his nurses is by far one of the best nurses I’ve encountered.I can’t say enough good things about her, Dr. Baylan and his staff. I’ve been to two of his locations and they’re both amazing.I have 1 of 2 more surgeries coming up soon and I’m not dreading it like I thought I would in the beginning, I know Dr. Baylan will take excellent care of me!!! Dr. Baylan has made me feel very comfortable throughout this long long ordeal!

Amazing plastic surgeon!! Dr Baylan is amazing! He does amazing work with such attention to the details! I would highly recommend him if you are wanting to have any body contouring surgeries especially after weight loss! His office staff is quick to respond and very kind. Dr. Baylan is great plastic surgeon. He done my breast with the amazing results. God really send him to help patients who is suffering with the outlooks but after surgery the results was amazing. I really can't say thank you to Dr. Baylan enough. I really happy that I found Dr. Baylan. I highly recommend Dr. Baylan to anyone I know that they need help. LOVE, LOVE. LOVE!!!!! Dr. Baylan is a wonderful doctor. He is young, but he know what he’s doing! He is very personable and spends time with you. He is very patient and listens to all your concerns and fears. He doesn’t spend time on his computer while visiting with you like some other doctors do. You are his main focus and concern. He wants to get to know you as a person. Also, you will love Nancy, his office manager. She is very sweet and smart as can be. All his other staff are personable as well. You will be well taken care of. At 68 I had lost over 100 lbs and decided to have the extra skin removed. I did this for health reasons but I have to admit I look amazing! Dr. Baylan is the best snd I would recommend him to anyone!!

Frontal hairline repair looks amazing! ! Due to a skin condition, I needed stitches along my front hairline. I was very nervous about the procedure and concerned about scarring. Dr. Baylan did an amazing job! Most friends didn’t even notice the scar after only a couple of weeks. In addition, he and his staff were extremely easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Love Dr. Baylan! He performed a Fraxel laser to my face and the experience was so much better than expected. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and attentive. This is not my first experience with cosmetic procedures and I have to say it was the best experience thus far. He was so gentle and has the best bedside manner. Highly recommend his services!
