Outstanding care and ongoing support
Last September, I had multiple scans with this company, and the experience was outstanding. The team is fantastic, and the doctor has great connections with top specialists. They took brilliant care of me, ensuring I got to all my appointments and offering constant support. Even now, almost a year later, they keep in regular contact and even video-called me when I was unwell. When my mum had an accident in the UK, they reviewed her notes thoroughly at no expense. Overall, they were amazing from start to finish! Even before confirming anything, I had a consultation with the doctor to go over my concerns so they could recommend the exact checks I needed — super reassuring, honest, and professional.
When we arrived, everything moved quickly but never felt rushed. The team was organised, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting to the root of my concerns. We had all my checks and results done all in one day, and when we mentioned we were still unsure about a few things, they arranged for us to come back to go through everything properly. They even had us seen in another department without adding any extra costs to our package, which shows how trustworthy and patient focused they are.
They managed to give me a diagnosis which I hadn’t been able to get back home, and even now that I’m not in the country, they’re still available whenever I have questions. They’ve been quick, reliable, and always honest — I truly felt looked after every step of the way. So with that being said I would highly recommend them !

Superb Support from Healing Journey
We were on holiday in Antalya with family when I developed a problem with lip and tongue control which affected my eating and drinking. We needed this investigated to ensure we were safe to fly to our next destination and home. My wife found Healing Journey overnight and the experience was excellent. We were picked up in an SUV by driver and translator (Ali) and taken to hospital and had an immediate MRI head scan and consultation with a Doctor who appeared to reassure us that there was no major event. We returned by SUV to the Healing Journey Office where Mehmet (the Doctor who heads up the company) not only did a complimentary doppler scan of my Carotid artery but also recommended a second MRI scan at a different hospital. This was also done in quick time with a review by a professor! We have copies of the scans for follow up in the UK if required and we were even dropped off in the old town to enjoy the rest of the holiday. Fantastic service at a very reasonable cost with ongoing follow up via messaging

We went for an MRI scan to establish the cause of my husbands tongue and mouth co-ordination problems that came on suddenly.
Excellent service including free transport to and from the hotel. We were escorted by a translator throughout. The first MRI was inconclusive so we were referred by Mehmet MD radiologist and founder for a second opinion by a professor and second MRI.
We also had a Doppler ultrasound scan. All images given to us on CD/emailed with a translated report to take home within a few days.
There were no additional costs despite the second scan and second opinion.
We were so appreciative of the kindness and support shown to us throughout the whole experience.
