My 2 year old son had his first dentist appointment about a month and a half ago, and it was the most amazing experience with Dr. Ford and her team. As mom, I was super nervous how my son would do being that he loves his pediatrician and loves people, but does not enjoy being held for exams haha. Dr. Ford and her team were so kind and so patient, and made my son as comfortable as possible. Additionally, parking was super easy, the location is beautiful, and the office is extremely clean, fun! (such a great variety of toys and whatnot to keep them entertained) and welcoming of all kids! I’m so happy we found this office and look forward to Dr. Ford being my sons dentist for a very long time.
Very deceptive practice regarding insurance coverage. I used to love this dental practice. I've probably referred 10 families here over the last few years. For as long as my four-year-old has been a patient at Happy Little Chompers, my insurance has paid in full. Earlier this month I got a surprise bill stating I owed hundreds of dollars. What? Apparently they changed their coverage with my insurance company? This was news to me. They claimed they notified me about it by both mail and email earlier in the year. I received neither one. We are now out of network.... but not enough for them to mention it when I called to double check about the insurance for my second child 2 days before the appointment. Their excuse was that because my insurance covered $75 of out-of-network costs, that they weren't obligated to notify me of the changes when I called. Very very disappointed in the dishonesty of it all. I hope I can prevent this from happening to someone else.

My son had his first dentist appointment here. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with smiles by the staff and made my son feel welcome. He was all smiles! They have lots of toys to entertain the kids in the waiting room, but once we were called in, he didn't want to leave! But overall, great experience. Dr Ford was very gentle and patient with a crying wiggly toddler who did not want his teeth brushed.

I decided to switch dentists due to location and I'm very pleased I found this spot on Google! They're extremely friendly and very patient with my daughter. It's always easy to check in, the waiting room is always clean, enough toys to keep kids entertained and appointments never feel rushed. Leila's doctor is so sweet.
We are new to the area, and when we were looking for pediatric dentist, so many people recommended Happy Little Chompers! My husband took my daughter for some tooth pain, and he raved about the service they recieved. He said everyone was kind and made our daughter uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning!
Always a pleasure taking my children here. They've been seen here for over a decade and I have never had any issues. My children have always had very positive visits which helped them overcome their fear of dentists. Everyone in the office are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. My boys have now outgrown the need for a pediatric dentist and must go to an "adult" dentist. I hope they show the same care and attention to detail that they received from Drs. Aubuchon and Ford. Thank you very much for taking care of my children's dental care over the years!

We just switched to Happy Little Chompers for my two kids and we love it! Great customer service experience, fantastic dentists and hygienists, prompt service, and a huge playroom area in the waiting area. We even had a small dental "emergency" and we were able to get an appointment for the next day. Super happy with our experience so far!

They take care of them with compassion and Make them feel comfortable while they are getting their teeth cleaned.
