I was sitting in my kitchen this morning and saw the green drop tech spraying my neighbors yard. (This is Mckenzie lake fyi) The worker dragged the hose from his sprayer through their flowerbeds, over their flowers, not an ounce of care towards the work the couple puts into those beds. Due to this, I will never recommend Green Drop, and I will never use them myself.

I hate to follow through on my threat of posting a negative review, but what customer likes to be ghosted? The initial exchange was great. Graham was polite and professional. And, we have a big property so a decent gig for them. Dang if I know. I'm attaching 2 screenshots... one - a quote from their Website that has proved to be untrue. The other, my email to them, pleading they get back to me. They mainly get good reviews so are clearly doing something right. Enough right that they're unconcerned with losing the odd customer.

I'm pleased with the improvement in my lawn this season. Ronan was professional, listened to my concerns, and treated the specific areas I pointed out. Green Drop's field service and customer service have been responsive. My only suggestion is to improve the customer portal and billing processes. Overall, a positive experience.
