Always a pleasure to see Dr. Davis and her amazing staff. Only problem we have with the Foot Care Center in general is that it is hard to get through to them on the phone. Our latest visit was messed up date-wise, but since we were there, Dr. Davis was very generous and able to fit us into her busy schedule. We think our care in the Charles Town Office is wonderful and caring.

I am new , I have to learn the doctors nanes. I can honestly say they are very professional and treat with respect. I am very glad my doctor recommended foot care.The staff are wonderful.

Very disappointed, both my husband and I were scheduled this am with this practice, made appointments several weeks ago and confirmed via text message. Appointment for husband was for 10am with Dr. Arnold received call at 8:10am he could not see him because their not taking new patients. Appointments canceled, will find another practice. Scary, if they can’t get appointments straight I can only imagine how the clinical practice is.

I went in after an accident just to have my foot checked and it turned out it was broken and I had been walking around like that for a week. The hospital didn’t even think to try and x ray my foot after the accident even tho I said it hurt, this office is the best

Exceptional Experience! The receptionist was great. The medical assistant was terrific and the doctor was absolutely Amazing. I highly recommend Doctor Arnold & this practice. We just moved here from out of state and are very pleased to have found these professionals ‼️👍‼️

Have seen. Dr. Arnold 6 times over the last 2 years. On each and every occasion he has been patient, informative, answered all questions, provided excellent care and recommendations. not happy 5-.27-26 stop at the nee doctor for a shot they advised me to see my foot doctor my toe did not look good i live 1hour away and just seen doctor on wed 13 they said all good i felt they should have at lease look at it to busy maybe see me 5-28 or 5-29 not happy went some where else it would took 5 minutes to look i have sugar not happy rick

Went to my appointment at 10:15 and hadn’t gotten seen until 11:30. Only to be told my appointment would need to be rescheduled as he didn’t have time because of other appointments. Extreme lack of communication from staff and should have been communicated when I walked in and had it rescheduled to begin with.

I HAVE NOT FOUND A GOOD FOOT DR SINCE MINE RETIRED. IVE WENT TO OTHERS AND THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY FEET. MY PCP REFERRED ME TO FOOT CARE CENTER AND MY 1ST TIME BEING THERE EVERYONE FROM THE FRONT DESK, TO THE ASSISTANT TO THE DR. WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LOOKED AT MY FEET DID THE BASIC CARE FOR THEM AND THEN GOT TO THE ROOT OF MY PROBLEM AND PUT A PLAN IN MOTION. THEY WAS NOT IN A HURRY THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TALKED TO ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO HAVE THEM AS YOUR FOOT CARE DR. I WONT GO TO ANYONE ELSE AGAIN.
