Highly recommend Good Brothers. I had a floor damage and had to redo the entire flooring in one of my bathrooms. Frank took utmost care in getting it fixed. He inspected the work pretty much on a daily basis and ensured everything was done the right way and was very transparent with me on every decision I had to make. The quality of work is very good. He is super reliable and responsive.

Frank and his team did an excellent job. They helped us fix an especially tricky cabinet issue after water damage. Frank was great about explaining my options and helping me compare quotes. The workers were punctual, friendly and I always felt like I knew what was going on. They left the area very clean after working.

I hired Frank for a big job remodeling 3 bathrooms and kitchen. I can say that I'm satisfied with his team's work. Javier is very good at what he does. It's not easy to be a general contractor managing multiple projects but Frank was communicative and made sure that my expectations are met.

We had a great experience working with Frank and his Team on our new fireplace design. Javier did an amazing job working with a very challenging marble tile / pattern. We are thrilled with the result and highly recommend Good Brothers Home Makeovers.

Extremely satisfied! Frank Bonila remodeled our Master Bed and Bath. For our Master Bath we removed the tub to build a large wall in shower with a modern shower set including body sprays. We cannot be more satisfied with the workmanship of Frank’s Teams. Quality of construction is just Builder grade. We cannot believe how he transformed our bath and bed into a dream Master’s Retreat. See the pics! Frank is an absolutely trustworthy person who is very transparent in his approach. He stays very hands on the project and is aware of what his Teams are doing on a daily basis. He is very responsive to our design changes and helped us implement them successfully. Change orders were provided detailing the changes made to original scope. Very fair in pricing. Project was done on time. It was pure pleasure working with him and his extremely talented Team; folks that have been with him for a while. This was the second successful project Frank did for us. First was a bathroom remodel upstairs. We look forward to taking his help for our kitchen and living room remodel. Thank you, Frank! I wish you the very Best!!

Frank and his team did an amazing and professional job in remodeling our master shower. From the begenning, Frank was very professional and immediatley understood what we needed for our curbless shower. He worked with us by providing a very reasonable quote and giving us the recommendations for the best design all through a very smooth process from begenning to end. The workers were very professional and clean and they finished the work within the exact time frame and price we agreed upon. The finished product clearly shows their attention to detail and it looks amazing!

Frank and his team helped us renovate the wet area of our master bath. Ever since we moved in the shower and tub didn't work properly. This is the first time we've hired a contractor, and Frank took the time to listen to us and helped us understand the entire process, making us feel comfortable and confident in choosing his team. Even though the project was small, Frank and his team made sure we got the bathroom we were looking for. Frank provided us with fantastic recommendations on where to find tile and fixtures. They removed an overhang, replaced the plumbing, moved lights, installed new fixtures and windows, and tiled the shower and floor. Javier was the team member that installed the tile and did an absolutely beautiful job. We look forward to hiring Good Brothers for future projects!

Frank and Good Brothers recently helped us complete a whole house remodel that took 7+ months to complete. Although there were countless issues with a door and window company, Frank was gracious through the whole ordeal at tremendous loss to his bottom line having to redo numerous windows and doors several times due to order and production issues at the door and window company. Another contractor may have tried to pass the cost onto us for all the extra labor, but that didn't happen here. Overall the quality of work was very good and everyone on the team was a pleasure to interact and work with. Frank was responsive with his communication, and his pricing was very fair. You can't go wrong with Good Brothers!

I had a massive project—over half a house gutted down to the studs plus a 450 sq. ft. master suite extension. The ceilings were vaulted, load bearing walls removed, front door moved up, it was so much work. Frank and his team at Good Brothers planned and executed the entire project from start to finish with efficiency, care, and integrity. From the initial demo to the engineering and architecture reports, inspections, framework, insulation, and beyond, Frank was hands-on, highly knowledgeable, and meticulous about every detail. The results speak for themselves. If I had to do it all over again, I’d hire Good Brothers without hesitation—again and again.

We recently hired Good Brothers Home Makeovers to remodel our master bathroom and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Frank and his team were great to work with. The craftsmanship is what really impressed us. Javier did an amazing job on the tile work in both rooms, especially the shower. The customer cabinetry and attention to detail with the painting and finish work was impressive as well. Everyone was respectful of our home, always keeping the work area clean and minimizing disruption. We always knew what was happening and when, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. All estimates and billing were easy to understand and Frank was flexible with changes we made during the process. Our new master bathroom and laundry room have been completely transformed. I would highly recommend Good Brothers to anyone looking for quality work, attention to detail, and a team who truly cares about the finished product. Thank you again!

Hired this contractor to install a new wood floor downstairs due to a leak from a pipe that ruined the prior floor. During the installation of the new floor another pipe busted causing water damage. The contractor only ripped up a portion of the new floor for replacement. Two new contractors have run moisture tests showing moisture underneath the floor that was not ripped up. Both contractors agree that moisture has moved throughout the downstairs causing the damage. The contractor for Luxury Wood and Floors also stated the sealant used was not high traffic sealant causing further damage. The new floor appeared well done. Over the next two years multiple boards became uneven and separated from other boards. I contacted Frank, who I believe is the owner of the company, nothing short of 15 times. He always forwarded me to his floor manager Mo. Mo never returned my texts and calls to discuss what appeared to be faulty workmanship. Finally after roughly 30 months Mo and Frank evaluated the floor. They agreed to repair the floor but asked we give them a few weeks to get it on the schedule. Frank sent a long email outlining what they planned on doing. This is the last I have heard from Frank. Clearly we should not be having issues with a floor that is 2 to 3 years old. I strongly suggest you do not use this company.
