Every 6 months we book and everything is easy. Had the carpets done again. Same great communication, ease of scheduling and of coarse the quality we received the 1st time. Had a carpet clean and repair today. Everything got done on time, on budget, professional equipment, and great communication. Would and will use again.

Rick’s provided a fair price and quality service. They did power stretching and steam cleaning. My 8yr old carpets are restored to ‘like new,’ probably got me another 4-5 years out of them.
