It was in immaculate new condition.I have only just unpacked it as my husband was in hospital and I wasn’t too good either. But on opening I was very pleased and tried it round the house PERFECT I would recommend this to anyone who struggles walking for whatever your condition is.I can’t wait to go out on it and see what it’s really like.Thank you.But as we unpacked the remote hand held was not in the parcel. So can you get back to me please thank you

Looks the part, comfortable, you have to feel it round corners tends to stall if you corner sharply not sure about battery yet as not done a long trip with it yet, lights are a great idea. Will take a bit of getting used to but overall for the money 9/10 Very fast delivery

Perfect chair ! So so happy with it. Issue with courier with first chair, but seller responded straightaway, kept me informed, and guaranteed a new replacement the following working day to be sent out. It was received very fast, well packaged, snd immaculate. I could not recommend seller enough ! Would definitely purchase from again.

Lovely, very sturdy and well packaged wheelchair. Unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for my needs but this company were so understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much bother and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and their products and I will definitely use them again in the future. ☺️😊
