It is my pleasure to write a review for FVB de Boer and Jose de Boer. I worked with Jose twice: first during my initial property acquisition in the Netherlands, and later during the remortgaging process. As an expat, especially someone working for international companies in a cross-border context, it is not always easy to find an adviser who is as professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as Jose. Jose is extremely precise, professional, and well prepared. She truly knows the ins and outs of the available mortgage options and is able to explain them clearly without overcomplicating the process. What I appreciated most is that she genuinely strives to find the best possible solution for the client, rather than offering a standard answer. She never wastes time, gives clear and practical advice, and keeps the process moving smoothly. At the same time, she is supportive, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole mortgage process much less stressful. I felt I was in very capable hands throughout. Jose is a true professional, and I would gladly recommend her and FVB de Boer to anyone looking for excellent mortgage advice.

We have just moved in to our new flat and really happy! Although several months ago that seemed more like nightmare with viewings and bidding routine, alongside we were trying to find the best solutions for mortgage. We zijn geweldig geholpen en heel tevreden met het resultaat; een gekocht huis vanuit Duitsland! José was altijd goed telefonisch en per e-mail bereikbaar en heeft een breed netwerk binnen de branche. We kregen een realistische schatting van onze financiële situatie bij de aanvraag van een hypotheek en de documenten die we dienden aan te leveren. We kwamen daardoor niet achteraf voor vervelende verrassingen te staan. Ook Rogier en collegas hebben gedurende de hypotheekaanvraag altijd snel gereageerd en geschakeld met de hypotheekverstrekker, waardoor onze hypotheekaanvraag - ondanks de feestdagen - snel rondkwam. Bij een remigratie komt enorm veel kijken en FVB de Boer heeft daarbij voor ons een aanzienlijk deel van de lasten en stress ontnomen. We zijn dan ook heel blij dat we FVB de Boer hebben ingeschakeld.
