Best driver in Bali!!! Picked us up right from the airport and made the whole trip stress-free. Gave great recommendations, took us to the speed boat for Nusa Penida, a coffee plantation tour, ATV riding, and some awesome beach clubs in Ubud. Super friendly, reliable, and punctual — highly recommend!

So happy that I booked Royal Bali Tours. Susila collected us with clear instructions and name plaque at the airport , we also booked him to take us on a day trip to the coffee plantation and Aloha swings, very safe driver, knowledgeable and kind. Susila had to drive while the rain was very heavy and thunderstorms but we felt totally safe. Would 100% recommend.

Yesterday we had great experience with Susila and his tour company exploring some of Bali's natural wonders. Susila is a fantastic guide, very well spoken, curiosity on the busy roads and happy to accommodate any of our requests. Susila, never tried to up sell or try to convince us in to seeing or trying another tourist stop. That was quite refreshing and helped us enjoy our experience. Susila was on time and was always in early contact to ensure we got the best of our day. I would highly recommend using this tour company and a huge shout out to Susila Ay for a great day out.
