Esser has been an old friend since 2004. They installed and serviced my 3 units at my old house and I had them install and service the 3 units in my new house. Rubin has been servicing both houses for many years. He’s so thorough at his job, knows the units inside out and has made sure everything runs perfectly. I really value Esser having long time employees who get to know your ac needs (especially in the brutal summer heat). They inspect and service the units in the spring and fall. I’m convinced this regular servicing, combined with well trained Tecs, is why I never run into problems. Bravo Esser and shoutout to Rubin!

they did a great job repairing our waterline that went from a main to our pool filler to a hose bib. They had to do 25 feet of trenching and I was amazed at how fast they got that done and Jesse and Gerardo did a great quality job on top of it!

Ruben was amazing! He showed up on time, was polite, and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He performed a maintenance on my system and Wow! what a thorough job he did. He showed me before and after pictures of my condenser after he washed it and I gotta say, no other ac company has been this involved in my system maintenance. I highly recommend Esser!

The technician, Luis Carlos was excellent and showed up in the time I was told, And called ahead to let me know he was on his way. At a Thousand Palms.mobile home, we have a "vintage" furnace and a 14-year-old compressor/condenser unit. When the fan starting pulling out cool instead of warm air, I started fearing the worst with a pitch to replace everything. It ended up being two parts for a reasonable price, especially with a seasonal Halloween discount added. Thank you to Marco Sanchez from Esser for your expert, hard work. I trust this business and signed up for their annual maintenance service. Peace of mind knowing these guys are out there when you need prompt, efficient, and trustworthy service. Thank you!
