I needed an aluminum spacer to allow the clutch linkage on my racecar to function (the adapter between the tranny and engine was 1" thick). eMachineShop produced exactly what I needed, quickly! Thanks!

I am owner operator of Aries Chain Mail and Leather. I use a Shark HD4 CNC to make Embossing Plates for leather stamping, to engrave wooden Plaques, and to Laser Cut Leather Patterns. Next Wave who I purchased the HD4 from no longer produced a mounting plate I needed for the new clamp. I upgraded the laser, but the only mount they had was for the HD5. So I asked the EMachineshop to make me the mounting plate, and it fit perfectly.

Got exactly what I submitted and worked great. I had never used CAD before so it was a learning curve to figure out the free tool.

Great business if you don't value communication or have scheduling concerns. They are slow to respond (if they even respond). Parts are machined nicely but let's be honest. Machines shops are a dime a dozen and anyone with the equipment can follow a drawing.

Always receive a good product in a reasonable amount of time. The ability to reorder from previous invoices/orders really makes it easy.
I've been very pleased with the results of my first foray into online machining. My part is fairly simple, but includes blind threads in an unusual 55mm x 1.25mm size and 1 1/4" BSPP threads. It's an adapter to accommodate a new style heating element to an obsolete espresso machine. EmachineShop quoted about 60% of the cost from other online machine shops, and the customer support was great. I initially included a model with the threads, but they told me to re-do the model with the threads shown but not modeled. After that, they asked if a relief would be OK at the base of the blind threads. Once ordered, it took a few days longer than initially estimated, but once complete the parts were shipped quickly and they were precisely what I'd designed. I'm attaching a photo rendering of the design and a photo of the finished item
I initially signed on to use their drawing software to make some motor mounts. The spam mails started coming, I went through the "unsubscribe process" 7 or more times, and wrote them directly multiple times, but the spam just keeps coming. How can I trust your machining services if you can't handle somethig as simple as unsubscribing me from your spam emails? I think I'll try elsewhere in the future.
