This company is great! Less than forty hours later after submitting, my package showed up with free FedEx shipping, cool shrink-wrapped package, and a couple of sour patch candies to boot. Very affordable at that. Blown away.

First time using Send Cut Send service. I am on a learning curve and so was a little confused at first by their process, what was required of me and my file. I read their thorough requirements, and thankfully, there was on-line customer support to clarify what I needed. I'll be back with another project. I couldn't be happier with the fact that you can send them a posterboard template of the part that you want made because I'm not great with computers and have never made CAD files! It was too easy and super fast from start to finish . My finished part came even BETTER than I expected it would. I can't wait to use them again ! Awesome company to work with...AND they put sour patch kids and stickers in the box ! Amazing

I had shared a precision sheet metal fabrication business with my two brothers for over 30 years. Now, I'm a mechanical engineer that help clients with their products from start (prototype) to production. I've been really frustrated because I no longer have a laser, nor could I find a service that specializes in laser cutting metals and plastics. Then I found SendCutSend. I placed an order for copper cutting (usually difficult for lasers) and these guys are awesome! Super easy online order. Excellent customer service. Insanely fast delivery. I've already placed follow on orders and will continue to use them for all my laser cutting needs. I recommend them!

Fast shipping, great pricing and almost too many options. 4 days to my door in Canada. My local options were more money and more time unless i wanted to pay a rush premium. The part builder is super nice too. Quicker than me messing around on AutoCad for the more simple parts. Check it out.

I had a friend tell me about this place and I thought he was nuts. I gave it a try for a relatively simple metal part that I do not have the machinery to do and the results were wonderful. I received regular updates on the status. I added plating to the request which does take a bit of extra time, but even so, I received my finished parts in about a week. I haven't tried their other materials or services yet, but I surely plan to. Highly recommended!

I ordered about $150 worth of cut aluminum parts. Sendcutsend was very timely and beat their promised deliverable date, sending me text updates along the way as the parts were being cut, deburred, QA inspected and finally shipped. They arrived quickly in a flat pack, all individually wrapped up and protected. All the cuts were right on the money for my tolerances. Will definitely be using them again for flat packs!

This is the future! The parts arrived better than expected. The bends came out perfect (1/4" steel). Everything was tapped to perfection, the edges had a nice finish. Everything was in spec and dropped into place. I'm blown away by the entire process and the results. The items were shipped Friday afternoon and arrived Monday at 1pm. Phenomenal! Thanks you, Derek

I’ve now placed two orders through SendCutSend and I’m very happy with them. I’m producing a vinyl record display that has small letters that light up. I wasn’t getting the result I wanted out of printed resin, so I turned to SCS to cut them out of .118” mirrored acrylic. The letters are a little over an inch high and half an inch wide. First order was to test how they’d fit and to see if light traveled through acrylic better than it does in resin. After testing and having better results, I ordered multiple full sets of the letters I needed. After I received my second order, I inspected it and found that an ‘A’ was damaged and unusable. I didn’t notify SCS because I still had a spare from the test print, but I’m sure they would’ve replaced it. In between orders, also messaged them to inquire about another acrylic finish I was looking to try and they responded quickly. The representative was very friendly, courteous and informative. Overall, I am very happy with the service and they’ve won my business.

Kinda magical! I use SCS for my DIY / hobbyist builds involving waterjetted parts in Aluminum and plastic. Their ordering tool is snappy, detailed, and even a little fun to use. And the options available — oh, the options! I got my parts a little ahead of the promised date and they were packed well without being excessively overpackaged. Finish was as expected and perfectly accurate dims. Plus a couple Rad stickers! I have a guy in town that ‘jets big parts for me and he’s great. But for smaller items SCS beats him easily on price, delivery time, and finish options - plus it saves me a trip to pick them up. I can put in an order in the evening in a couple minutes rather than burning time in the middle of the workday phoning the local shop, who is probably glad I’m not bogging him down with dinky low-margin jobs anymore. I’m looking forward to trying machined parts in the future.
