The staff were very happy to help me by imparting their knowledge of the scooters they had in the shop but also what is available to buy. They ordered one in for me to try out around the car park over various surface, and up & down kerbs. They were able to adapt and make changes to the scooter I did purchase, so that it worked for me, as an individual left-handed scooter user. I hope to use their mechanic for annual services.

Absolutly lovely warm, relaxed, friendly personal service, and with seats around if one needs to sit. Also very patient, and ready to help with advice on all things connected to what they sell, and the service they provide. And also and importantly, wanting to properly understand a customers physical needs with any product a customer may look at, ask about, or want to buy, so trying to help the customer buy what is right for the customer. Anything they have not covered, just ask them, talk with them, and they will do thier upmost to help and/or advise. One can always ring them if wanting further advice. Therefore I am so glad my first phone call to them, and how a very lovely, helpful young woman gave me advice on how to find the 'Council Free Mobility Hire Shop' as my needs where very urgent at that time; and she did not try to get me to buy anything from them; but answered my questions on what mobility scooters they do sell and the prices. And that lovely friendly helpful phone call led me to want to visit the East Midlands Mobility Shop and buy from them. Therefore I am now a happy East Midlands Mobilty Shop customer. P.S. please excuse any of my spelling mistakes or gramma pho-pha's 😄

This is absolutely the place to go. Cathy really knows her stuff, and what's more important; the advice is both first class and honest. They couldn't completely accommodate our needs, but were happy to refer us to another place and also provide us independent options online. Not many place would do that, and it's a shame that the best I could do for them is just write this review.
