If you are fortunate enough to have Troy Wilson as your face-to-face contact, any challenges are addressed with respect, courtesy, and honesty about your project. I have referred Troy to several friends and neighbors as well as contacted him for two projects of my own and each time his response time and work completion was far above my expectations even following the wind and hail storms of the past years . I needed a couple of vent boots replaced. I waited almost a year, as we hadn’t fully moved in to the house (selling another property). I knew the roof itself was ok, as it was already inspected. Jacob Herbold checked the roof again and confirmed it wasn’t in bad shape. He did notice some exposed nails and some flashing that needed attention, which he took care of when replacing the boots and a turbine that had a bad bearing. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t needed, and showed me things that did need a quick fix. Honesty and integrity are crucial to me and Jacob showed he has both.

Jacob and Steve were awesome. Although I did not need a full roof replacement, Jacob was honest and pointed some minor repairs I needed and not a full roof replacement. He followed up, ensured the job was done right. Steve completed the repairs efficiently with pictures to show the current state. Thank you Jacob and Steve for your honesty, your work, your follow up. After hail and wind damage we called DT after already using them to replace a couple of shingles. Our insurance company decided we needed additional roof repair as well as gutter replacement and garage door replacement. Justin Sherwood, project manager went above and beyond keeping us updated and working with our insurance company to help us get the best repairs possible. We appreciate the finished product and highly recommend.

I called DT Roofing to have my roof inspected. Parker Nelson came out and performed a full property evaluation. He assessed more than just the roof and then sent me an inspection report with photos showing everything he documented. I decided to go through the insurnace process for a full roof replacement, which did go smoothly. Parker met with the insurnace inspector and the insurnace company allowed for replacement of the roof, gutters, downspouts, the shed roof and also paid to restain my fence! DT Roofing went back with a better shingle which saves me money on the cost of insurance! Parker was very informative and professional from initial contact and through the entire process! I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and I will be sure to recommend DT Roofing to anyone I can.

DT Roofing great to work with. Jacob came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and listened to me as I explained my concerns. He provided a written quote and included pictures showing the inferior quality work that another company had done. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of their work was great. Jacob came out a couple times and inspected the work after it was completed as well. I’ll definitely use them again if the need arises and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a friend or family member.

My roof is fairly new, but we had a hail storm and figured it would be worth having checked. Parker Nelson came out and inspected my roof after a hail storm in Tolar. He provided same day service. He inspected the roof and informed me that my roof was in good condition with only a few impacts and that I did not need to replace my roof or take action. Without me having to ask, he even applied sealant to a few areas and provided photos of what he noted on his inspection. I appreciate his time and experience- I will be calling him personally for all my roofing needs!
