Dr. Norton is an extremely skilled dental surgeon and maintains a consistent compassion for the patient’s mental and physical well being. I can’t imagine being comfortable having the procedure performed by someone else. Also, liked the sun glasses
After having a horrible root canal years ago with another specialist I was terrified to have another one performed. I saw other reviews claiming Dr. Norton had performed a pain free root canal. I let Dr. Norton know of my bad experience and he ensured me I wouldn’t be in pain. He was 100% correct. I had four roots taken care of and zero pain. His assistant was also very fast. She knew just what to hand him next making the procedure go as fast as possible. Dr. Norton is also very nice and his receptionist was very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Norton!
Dr. Norton and his staff are extremely kind and friendly. He did a great job of making the procedure as painless as possible. Overall, as good of an experience as you could possibly have with a root canal.

Dr. Norton is a wonderful person and outstanding Endodontist. He is the most considerate doctor I’ve ever encountered and he does everything in his power not to cause pain or anxiety in his patients. My being someone who has a dental phobia, he and his staff have been a tremendous blessing to me over the years. I’m very grateful for all that he’s done for me.
I needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Norton was able to see me the very next day. The office is beautiful, clean, and modern. All of the assistants were friendly and professional. The procedure went as expected - perfect. It goes without saying, they are the best Louisville has to offer.

The staff personnel are easy to talk to and understanding when I had forgotten my meds. list, etc. Dr. Norton was thorough with my exam. Then, he explained what the steps would be to do the dental work I needed. He and my regular dentist communicated about my situation. I am pleased with his style. I feel comforted about what he will do!
