Dr. Norton and his staff are extremely kind and friendly. He did a great job of making the procedure as painless as possible. Overall, as good of an experience as you could possibly have with a root canal.

Dr. Norton is a wonderful person and outstanding Endodontist. He is the most considerate doctor I’ve ever encountered and he does everything in his power not to cause pain or anxiety in his patients. My being someone who has a dental phobia, he and his staff have been a tremendous blessing to me over the years. I’m very grateful for all that he’s done for me.
I needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Norton was able to see me the very next day. The office is beautiful, clean, and modern. All of the assistants were friendly and professional. The procedure went as expected - perfect. It goes without saying, they are the best Louisville has to offer.
They made a rather unpleasant proceedure kinda fun!

The staff personnel are easy to talk to and understanding when I had forgotten my meds. list, etc. Dr. Norton was thorough with my exam. Then, he explained what the steps would be to do the dental work I needed. He and my regular dentist communicated about my situation. I am pleased with his style. I feel comforted about what he will do!
Receptionist and technicians are really friendly and reassuring. Dr Norton is very accurate, professional, and caring!

I had a really great experience. All the staff and Dr. Norton were so nice and very gentle with me. I had a difficult issue and Dr. Norton was wonderful and is very knowledgeable and experienced. I also have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and they
relieved all my fears. Stephanie who scheduled my appointment was the most wonderful person. She made me feel very calm. I would highly recommend them for a root canal.

Dr. Norton did an amazing job on my root canal! Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable and soothed my nerves! He walked me through the process the entire time, letting me know what was being done in my mouth. This was my first root canal and I can say that I am no longer afraid of them! If you need a root canal or any type of endodontic procedure, he’s the guy! 10/10 would do it again haha!
