Dolphin Safari Charters Key West FL Reviews

Hello Kimberly,
So happy to hear you all had such a great time! Cam really loves what he does, and it means a lot to hear that he made your family’s day so special. Thanks for spending part of your Key West vacation with us! Hope we get to see you all again someday! 🐬

Hello Julie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the experience didn't meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify that our captain genuinely does his best to provide every guest with an enjoyable experience. Dolphins are wild animals in their natural habitat, and their behavior is entirely unpredictable. Sometimes they're playful and curious, while other times they prefer to keep their distance. Our captain's time spent searching is not about filling time, but about making every effort to locate dolphins and give our guests the best possible opportunity to see them. Regarding the snorkeling, we visit natural areas where marine life and underwater visibility can vary from day to day. We always aim to provide the best experience possible based on the conditions. We're also sorry if the captain's sense of humor came across as sarcastic or unfriendly. That is certainly not the impression we want our guests to leave with, and we take your comments seriously. While we cannot control wildlife or ocean conditions, we can assure you that our crew works hard to make every trip worthwhile. We're disappointed that this wasn't the experience you had hoped for, but we appreciate your feedback and do our best to improve.

Hello Marc,
Thank you for joining us and for your review! While we can’t control the weather or sea conditions, our captains always work hard to adjust the itinerary and find the best spots possible for a great day on the water. We’re so glad you still had a fun time!
We’d love to have you back for a great snorkeling tour next time you’re in Key West!
