Missy and Zen were great to work with. Our old garage door needed to be replaced and Zen and Missy were very helpful in suggesting a new garage door. Zen did an excellent job installing it. The new door looks so much better than our old one and so quiet. We love it!

I had my tension spring snap on my garage door. I called them up and spoke to the owner, Melissa. Fantastic lady. I sent her pictures of the garage door and its issues. I told her I lived in the La Estancia community and was referred by a neighbor who was also satisfied with their work. She got me squared away with an appointment in 2 days and the price was reasonable. She didn’t try to upsell me at all. As a mechanic myself in the Air Force, I asked her if it’s better to do both springs rather than just the broken one. She said she recommended it, but didn’t want to feel like she was upselling me, which I absolutely appreciated. I went ahead and asked for both to be done because of the cycle life of the springs. Zeneroso was my mechanic. He came on time. Very friendly young man. We had a chat throughout the install. It was mostly about garage doors, he walked me through everything because I like to know how to do things myself. I couldn’t do this job at the time due to my lower back. The company was great, the owner was great, and the mechanic was great. Zeneroso put the company sticker on the door which was great, because Discount Door Service is going to be my garage door company moving forward. Thank you guys so much! I really like the service that Melissa and her crew provide. Zeneroso Came to fix my garage Door issue and he was very professional, courteous, friendly, and fun to talk with. He came sooner than expected, which was a huge plus and helped out in my situation tremendously. I live in the southwest part of Tucson and I know it’s tough to get out to this side of town for service needs. He was also knowledgeable and gave me some good tips about garage door maintenance. I had Zeneroso come out and fix a hinge between two pieces and then had the main spring break on him. Thankfully, he had the parts to fix the spring to make it workable in his truck, and got it done and a relatively quick time. This definitely saved him from having to come back out at a later date. Definitely would recommend.

I couldn’t be more pleased with a garage door service. The guy who came to fix the door, went above and beyond and even fixed a rattling noise that had been there since we bought the property over 10 years ago all it took was a couple of little adjustments!! It was so amazing. I highly recommend giving them a call I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. When I asked for a general price range (knowing that they can’t be completely specific or 100% sure because they haven’t truly been able to assess the problem but are going off what you have told them) They actually gave me a price!! Unlike the others who will only schedule an appointment - waisting my time when the price might be too high for this month. I am truly pleased with this company and highly highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you thank you, thank you. Your service was amazing. :)
