I love the doctor and want to schedule a surgery, I want to discuss my option. I spent an hour on the phone , chat on website, someone called me and transferred me to another voicemail, an hour went by, still not able to leave a message to the office. This is not good for the doctors and patients .
I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Chowdhury. The office was extremely clean, and everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Dr.
Chowdhury was incredibly informative and took her time to thoroughly explain my condition. I never felt rushed at any point. She was patient, attentive, and very well-mannered. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful and knowledgeable doctor.
Today I took my son to his appointment with Dr. Christopher Chung, and we received very warm and friendly treatment. The doctor examined him and administered the treatment with all the necessary care, answering all his questions and explaining everything about the procedure and the aftercare. I highly recommend him; it's clear the doctor loves his work and is very attentive.
I recently visited this clinic due to severe pain in my foot and inquired whether they were accepting walk-in patients. I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket if my insurance was not accepted. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front-desk staff was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. Because of their behavior, I chose to leave without receiving treatment, despite being in significant pain.
Additionally, I had attempted to call the clinic prior to arriving, but my calls were answered and then disconnected twice. This experience contributed to my decision to go in person, only to be met with further disappointment.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy at the front desk was unacceptable.
