I spoke to Tracey and she arranged for Dean to come and repair our Zanussi Dishwasher. The repair was sorted and then we unfortunately had another malfunction where the heat pump failed. As a result, we chose not to spend any further money on the old machine and get a replacement. Tracey was absolutely superb in advising. Dean came on Monday and took the old machine away, installed the new Hotpoint. Furthermore, because we purchased the new one from them, they offset the original repair cost of the old machine against the new machine purchase. Now, where would you get this kind of service? Also, it's good to support local business. Would 100% recommend. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
