I phoned Fix Up My Appliance on 2nd Dec 2025 and spoke to Graham regarding my Rangemaster oven, which wasn't working properly. He arrived promptly the next day and replaced the fan, which solved the problem. Graham was polite and professional, and I will be recommending his services to all my friends and family.

Absolute excellent service 5* Our oven went wrong which left us in a muddle. Graham was out to us to look at our oven with 4 hours of phoning, helped me order a new one and installed the new one the following day. He went over and above to take our old oven away and could not recommend him enough. Fantastic service, thank you very much

I emailed Graham on a Sunday evening, as my Samsung washing machine was very noisy. He replied straightaway and arranged to take a look the following day. He arrived on time and, after taking a look, advised that the machine wasn’t worth repairing and that I should buy a new one. I found him to be polite, reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Excellent service when my washing machine went wrong. Even though Graham couldn’t fix it he recommended a new machine that was a great price and did everything I needed it to. He found it for me online and directed me to Cooper & Elms. 3 days later I have a new washing machine installed. Thank you for going above and beyond just looking at my machine. I would highly recommend and if needed I wouldn’t hesitate in using Fix Up My Appliance again.

Just called and a left message got a call back within 10mins. He was in the area and came to the house within 10mins. I had a leak from under the dishwasher. He checked and ran dishwasher looked underneath checked all hoses into and out of. Checked my water pipe and found that there is a possibility of a small leak as y valve plastic so recommend i buy a new valve . Talked me through how the dishwasher worked etc and was very knowledgeable. I found the service he provided was excellent and eased my worry over what was wrong. I would definitely recommend and worth the call out charge to ease my mind.

I had a fault with a cooker and Graham was recommended. I would not hesitate to recommend him. he attended the day after I called him, arrived at the time stated and soon fixed the fault. A very pleasant person to deal with and reliable.

I called Graham mid AM and luckily he was available the same day. He arrived early PM diagnosed the fault with a dishwasher. He had the parts in his van and the appliance was up and running in under 30 minutes. Recommended.

Graham was quick to respond to an issue at our holiday home rental - was very honest in advising that the problem could be resolved but ultimately we were better served by replacing the appliance due to the age of other parts - he also signposted us to an excellent local appliance retailer who provided excellent service and a price as competitive as any of the major retailers
