Excellent Work from Conejo Services Team Excellent work!!! I needed A/C repair. The team from Conejo Services were great! Alfredo, Fernando, and Thomas did excellent work. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the new part was installed in short-order. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are open and encourage questions and have an answer right away. It is clear their training and experience it top-notch.

I just had my roof replaced. Conejo Services did a great job with customer support. They were supportive and kept me informed during the entire roof replacement. The job was finished in a timely manner and all of our requests were taken care of. The cost of the roof replacement was quite affordable . The warranty is sufficient. I would definitely recommend their services. They have been in Conejo Valley a long time.

Matthew was friendly, professional, and explained everything that needed to be done for our clogged kitchen sink. He not only took care of the problem, but also provided additional information for us to consider on improving the current sink drainage system to prevent future clogs.

Conejo is quick to make sale but then completely disregards customers' time and is unresponsive. Bad experience with customer service right from the start. Salesman, Brice, was pushy and would say anything to make a sale including misleading that Conejo will get a job done fast even when they don't have the crew available. During the heatwave, I signed on with Conejo for an AC install largely because Bruce said the job will be finished in one day. I signed up on a Monday and Brice said the job will be finished on Thursday. Right after, I got a call from the scheduler saying my job won't get started until Friday and won't finish until Monday. This was in the middle of the heatwave and I was most concerned about my sick, elderly mother so I expressed my frustration and they were able to squeeze me in and complete the install by Friday. While I'm thankful I have an AC that works. I am still waiting for Conejo to complete the inspection. It's been over two months and after multiple follow-ups I am still waiting to get scheduled for a city inspection. Conejo and their contractor, Just in Time, are unresponsive. I've paid for the service and Conejo needs to complete it. More importantly, dealing with Conejo on this AC install has been an unpleasant experience from the start and I just really want to get it over and done with.

Oct 2026- Conejo Services dispatched Otis O. To our residence this morning to investigate our water heater’s T&P valve leaking. He was courteous, professional, friendly and appeared very capable of diagnosing and repairing the issue. Another great experience with Conejo Services. 2024-We reached out to Conejo Valley heating and air to have a home plumbing assessment completed due to water pressure concerns. Nick S arrived as communicated through email and text updated. He was professional and thorough while completing the assessment. Nick informed me of the areas that could be improved and provided a summary and quote for those improvements for our consideration. Great experience would use them again.
