I had a wonderful experience with Compass! Would highly recommend as they are my go to company now. Gabe arrived on-time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. When they say no hidden fees they mean it! I expected a large bill after having a previous company asses the issue and provide a quote. I'm glad Compass was my second opinion. They fixed my issue that day and saved a lot of money.
Didn’t get great news about needing a new system but he was wonderful explaining the issues and showing me photos of the problems. Very courteous.
Compass employees are certified to perform warranty service on York systems. Employees arrive on time, are polite and knowledgeable.
Craig came right on time and did a thorough job of servicing our system for the coming change in season. He was very respectful and pleasant to have in our home.
Compass did an exceptional job installing my new HVAC system. They showed up on time and went to work right away. Three men worked constantly all day and kept me informed of what was being done. Great team work as they all did separate jobs and knew what they were doing. After the complete install, they cleaned everything up well and explained all about the system. Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. I was very pleased with Compass from purchase to install to everyone I spoke with. Thank you Compass Energy. Arnold and Sandi Paisley
