Dieser wunderschöne Holzkasten war sehr gut verpackt. Von innen fühlte sich alles schön weich an. Dieser Kasten ist wirklich ideal für Münzen, Medaillen und verschiedenes an Schmuck. Die Verwendung ist wirklich vielseitig - ganz toll. Über die Unterteilung der Tablets habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Danke für die schöne Schatulle Furio. Vielleicht komme ich wieder.

This seller changes shipping dates without communication. The seller will not refund an order, even if the item will have a delay. Despite paying approximately $60 USD for shipping, the seller did not pay for all taxes and leaves the buyer with a $31.80 bill with FedEx. Other international sellers calculate such taxes in their shipping costs. Quality of item does not compensate for the difficulties with timeliness and additional cost issues.

Dear Hollie, when handmade products, there can be a slight delay. Etsy allows me to reschedule the shipping date by a few days, and the buyer is automatically notified. You should check your inbox. There's no refund for a delay of 2-3 days, but since we care about our customers, if you had asked, we probably would have given you a discount on shipping. Regarding the costs you incurred, these are customs fees over which we have no control. They are taxes your state imposes on you when you purchase outside your country. This money, in your case about $30, doesn't go to me or the courier who only collects it; it goes to your government. I hope I've clarified your doubts. All the best. Furio
