Super impressed with Dr Chinea. He spent a lot of time reviewing all the imaging and thoroughly explaining the problem my wife was having. Important to realize that after four days in the hospital and being seen by 5 or 6 hospital doctors, NONE of those doctors found the problem that Dr Chinea found. The problem has been 80% resolved thanks to Dr Chinea. TEN STARS for him!!!

Yesterday I was officially "discharged" after my ACDF January 20, 2026. I am so grateful for Dr Chinea and how he healed my pain and how much better I feel. Everything he said occurred just as he said. He is a professional doctor and has such a compassionate bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Chinea with no reservation!

When we spoked to Dr.Angel Chinea Vicente for the first time also he speaks English and Spanish too my husband and I trusted him with every thing he said I put my life in his hand cause he gave me faith that everything was going to be fine. I had been with pain for 5 years and I prayed to god. that it would be the last time I would have surgerie.I was operated 3 months now and I am still recovering but I have no pain as bad as I had before i sleep well i go th o physical therapy 2 x a week and that helps me so much .I would recommend the doctor .Just call the office i go to Jersey City Office where all is so caring too.Now MelisaCutic she is in charge of Surgical Coordinator/ Sara Martinet she in FD. Vilma Valesis the Medical Assistant they speak Spanish and English .I rate them 100 💯

I would highly recommend Dr Chinea for anyone who needs expert care for their spine. From my first appointment, he took the time to listen to me completely and he explained my imaging tests so I could understand. He made sure I understood my diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect. He answered all my questions with patience and compassion. What I can’t stress the most was his exceptional care of me as a patient. He made me feel heard, never rushed, and truly cared about my well-being. Dr Chinea put me completely at ease before surgery and gave me confidence that I was in the best hands. Amazing Dr. I met him in the Emergency Room while in excruciating pain. I explainEd to him what I was feeling and he told me I would leave on my feet. After a successful surgery. I’m happy to say I’m recovering and pain free.

Changed my life in the blink of an eye. Dr Chinea is an incredible person and an incredible doctor. When I first met him I was in excruciating pain. He saw me in the hospital ER and promised me I would leave on feet. He kept his promise. Less than 24 hrs after after the minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, I feel like a new man. I didn’t know I could be without pain. He advocated for me with hospital board. He listened to me and gave me all my options and truly made me understand what the best path was. I went in to surgery confident and relaxed. Took all of the sediment off of my spine. Truly amazing.

I have suffered with back pain since I was 21 years old, I'm now 74. I was very lucky to find CNSO and Dr Vicente. Doctor Vicente looked at my MRI and suggested a laminectomy surgery. I had it performed September 9th. The surgery was a total success, I'm 90 percent pain free doing things I couldn't do before. I'm having a normal life now. Doctor Vicente and doctor Modi and the staff at CNSO are true professionals. I highly recommend them.
