Ok … I had an ear infection and my ear was blocked for about 10 days and it was really bothersome not being able to hear. Disorienting and grueling. I tried everything from melting wax into my ear to o,I’ve oil to drops to loosen the blockage …. Nothing was working. It was getting worse. My medical provider could not help and told me to go to emergency … wow
Thank goodness we found clear health. It was hard to figure out how to get an appointment with a nurse for a home visit at first but their reception guided us towards a deposit then a booking that took about 2 days to see a nurse. I was happy to see our horse show up with all the tools and equipment. From a simple water bottle and drops to a camera probe to ensure everything was clean and healthy… I got a visual on my ear . Amazing service. Also my nurse was a real great guy. Very professional and thorough. Lots of advice and post cleaning information.
I have to be honest… there was an expectation that he would clear my ear problem but Dino my nurse was such a real guy. We talked about hockey and food and laughed. I think I made a new friend! lol. It’s hard to find good medical anything anymore but I know there is one small corner of the medical industry that still delivers old fashion service. Thank you clear health group!
