Disappointed first time customer. Had a service tech come out and look into a clogged drain, was told would be a $175 diagnostic fee, which consisted of the tech taking the p-trap off the sink, and feeling for air being pulled (which yes, we already knew it was pulling water from the p-trap). Then told that the next step would be a $500 diagnostic by scoping through our toilet. Tech had to go out to make a call because they were stumped. Overall unhappy with the level of service received. Will not be using or recommending them in the future.
Updating: received a call from the manager asking to make things right. Moving from 2 to 3 stars and will update later with the outcome
Brandon T did a great job servicing our tankless water heater. Will ask for him by name next time. Aaron Services has been doing work for us for more than 15 years and we are very pleased with them

09/29/2026 - Aaron Services has done it again! Luke arrived right on time and did an incredible job explaining what was needed to bring our under-sink drainage up to Gwinnett County building code—correcting a faulty installation left behind by a previous plumber. His communication was top-notch, and the pricing was completely fair. To top it off, Missy called afterward to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. Aaron Services is my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC needs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home!

I've used Aaron Services for many years with good results. However, they've recently gone way up in price! They replaced the angle stops under my kitchen sink for $730, and wanted another $650 to replace the sink faucet. And that's if I bought the faucet! Good grief! I said nope. Another service installed the faucet I bought and did a great job for $235. I'll stay with them from now on.
