Larry came over looked at our house size and gave us a Fantastic deal on a new Coleman system to Heat/Cool our home in July. His team did a great job installing the unit and we couldn’t be happier. Our Hot Water heater went in September and Larry took care of us on a New Hybrid system. His team showed us the ways to maximize the way we use it and this system meets our daily use. The price and the craftsmanship with Carter Mechanical will keep us coming back. Please give them a call you won’t regret it.

Our boiler was in lock down, and we needed help. Called for an appointment and Larry came out the next day. Explained to my husband what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Very knowledgeable.

Phenomenal experience
These rating scales always seem to have 5 or 10 stars and Carter Mechanical deserves about a million stars. I’ve called on them a few times in the past for minor repairs to my furnace and air conditioning unit. Of course, things seem to break at the most inopportune times, like 1030pm on a Tuesday, during the Lions Game on a Sunday afternoon or in the middle of Thanksgiving dinner. It doesn’t matter to Carter Mechanical because when you call, they respond. When the time came to replace my heating and air conditioning, they were the first company that came to mind. I had recently lost my significant other, so major decisions like this looked a little different. I just knew I wanted a company that I could trust. Larry came to my house to give me an estimate, and I knew within about 5 minutes into my conversation with him that they were the company I would be doing business with and there would be no need for another estimate. He thoroughly explained everything that would need to happen and why, what all my options were from the lowest end to the highest end and everything in between and answered all my questions along the way. He certainly knows his stuff! The estimate was very reasonable and right in line with what I thought it would be. I never missed one minute of work for the install and was kept informed of everything that was happening along the way. My house was in perfect condition every day when I came home from work. From the first phone call with Andilyn, to the last phone call with the install technicians my experience was PHENOMENAL!!! They have my business for life!

Our AC went out on the hottest week. Since the whole HVAC system was 26 years old we were unsure whether to replace only AC or the whole system. I had several other companies estimates, but Larry was the only one who took the time to look over the heating system and explain to me the signs he was observing that our heat exchanger was possibly cracked. The price was competitive to the other estimates and I am so glad we chose Carter Mechanical as our heat exchanger did have 3 cracks in it! I received the estimate and called on Monday to accept the quote and by Thursday afternoon our installation was complete. While the technician was here they noticed a problem with the venting on our hot water tank and repaired that also! It nice to have the AC back on with this heat and it's comforting to know we will be safe this winter too.

Rating Carter Mechanical 5 stars simply isn’t enough. Larry, 1st off, is the most knowledgeable man when it comes to anything HVAC related. We truly appreciate the time he took to throughly explain everything to us and the “no pressure to buy” that he exemplifies. The installation crew we had was top notch. These guys took their time to make sure everything was spot on. No mess left behind, welcoming to our fur babies that just wanted to see what was going on, respectful and very kind. I had the best experience with this company. It's hard to find good reliable, go outta their way, contractors around here. I've had my share of not so great. Carter mechanical went above n beyond helping me get a water heater. The receptionist didn't stop. She called and dealt with homeserve so many times. Semco. She cared and fought to help me. The guys were also amazing explaining everything step by step from start to finish. I've already recommended them to others that need stuff like I did. Very grateful! Larry really knows his Geothermal Furnaces. Watched whole time he was here. Took time to explain things to me which I value. Things weren't as bad as expected. I would call on Larry again.
