I had the Soft Wash Roof Cleaning by CAPPCO. Rick was professional and he answered my many questions, provided a detailed proposal including insurance documents. He is an excellent communicator and I felt comfortable dealing with him. The work was performed by Sean and his partner who explained the roof cleaning process in detail and answered every question clearly. Sean made sure I was very happy with the results after the job. My roof looks fantastic! It looks almost new, and it feels great to have the algae and black streaks gone! Sean was absolutely great!! It was a very good experience and I would use them again. Maybe soon since I see they also offer Christmas lighting installation!

Have a slate roof that had 90% mold and lichens, the softwash treatment got it all. Extremely professional and well-equipped team, described the work, executed it quickly, minimized damage to lawn and plants from the cleaning solution.

I highly recommend this pressure washing company! Rick, the owner, came out to my client’s home and was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. We had a detailed conversation about everything that needed to be done throughout the home and he was very quick to provide a quote. We decided to go with his company and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. The roof received a special treatment and they also took care of a large window that required acid washing. Everything was done perfectly and my client was extremely happy with the finished job. It was a pleasure working with Rick and his team. They did an excellent job from start to finish! - Diana D

We just had Capco pressure washing clean our Bella style windows inside and out in our home in Hawthorne Westchester County. The team was prompt, extremely clean and very professional. Our windows had to be fully taken apart, so it was definitely a difficult cleaning, but they handled everything perfectly and finished in a very timely fashion. I would hire them again in a minute and highly recommend them. The team is the best nice professional, hard-working, and even a group of Hanson handsome young man! Great experience from start to finish. Thanks again !

We needed moss and algae removed from our roof. This team works with a well regarded local roofing company. Their communication, promptness and professionalism were outstanding. Rick forwarded rough estimates then came same day to discuss the job with us. He explained everything, the process and what to expect. He booked the crew for the following day. They were able to book us earlier in the day than expected, and communicated that, too. They showed up on time. Sean and Angel took a look and again went over and discussed the job with us. Both were very professional and personable. They showed concern for our property in regard to the truck and equipment, and also checked if we are on a well system (we are) before getting started. When they finished, we reviewed everything and they had also checked and cleaned mold from our chimney, identifying a hole that needs to be covered. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them

This team is fantastic! Thoroughly professional, they did an extensive clean of the house and garage and they now both look fantastic - No more creeping green! We also had them clean the gutters and saw an immediate improvement when it rained the next day. It looks so good my next door neighbors wouldn’t let them leave until they’d done their house as well.

Have used Cappco multiple times now….this job was more extensive but was well worth it…the soft washing on roof and wood deck removed years of dirt and the power washing of old stone and stucco walls also proved to be a great decision….the property feels so clean….

I had an excellent experience with Cappco Pressure Washing from start to finish. After a major construction project around my home, the siding, roof, gutters, and foundation had accumulated a significant amount of dirt and buildup. Rick was professional and he answered all of my questions, provided a detailed proposal, and followed up before and after the job. I never felt pressured and appreciated the clear communication. The work was performed by Sean and his partner. They arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work with me before starting, and took great care around my property, including my new deck, landscaping, and my neighbor's plants. Sean explained the roof cleaning, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning, and foundation cleaning process in detail and answered every question with a clear explanation. After the work was completed, Sean walked the property with me to make sure I was satisfied. Although I removed window cleaning from the proposal, he still took the time to clean as much of the exposed window sills as possible. The results were better than I expected. What impressed me most was the honesty. Sean gave practical maintenance advice based on my property rather than trying to sell unnecessary services. The entire experience was professional, honest, and customer-focused. I would not hesitate to recommend Cappco Pressure Washing and would gladly use them again in the future.
