Absolutely love this RV park. The staff, the amenities and the sites! Not a lot of extra fluff, just clean nice bathrooms, great staff, nice large sites with beautifully maintained thick grass. Really all you ever really want in a place to stay.

We had a lovely stay here, the only reason it wasnt absolutely perfect is because their hot tub and pool was closed the 2 days we were there, but that isnt really the place's fault, and they were already working on getting it fixed, so hopefully its back open soon! The spots were all immaculately kept and plenty big enough, we have a 40 foot rig with a fold down deck and we still had sooo much room. The laundry and showers were all very clean and nice aswell. One of the cleanest, nicest campgrounds weve stayed at. Also super close to everything in town, we were able to bike to places, Uber, and get food delivery while there!

This is a great place to park for a week or more. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The sites are long and very wide, with grass at every site and paved roads, a great dog park, and laundry. They keep the RV Park very clean, with employees who are pleasant. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Canyon View RV Resort, The sites were very nice with cement and grass areas. All the utilities were new and easy to access. The bathroom and showers were very nice and clean. This Resort is one of the best sites we started at during our travels.

Great location in Grand Junction Colorado. Close access to I 70. Close to major shopping and restaurants. Wonderful, kind staff with smiles and positive attitudes. Well kept, nicely spaced lots, very clean restrooms, laundry and grounds. Propane on site. Beautiful pavilions, playground and splash pad for the kids. Pool was clean, warm and refreshing. This new resort is half as much as the KOA"s we've stayed at and half the price. Will be back.

Super nice staff and clean modern facilities. We rented one of their van sites which are close to the dog park and the showers/office. Their laundry is quite reasonable and the machines are nice. The van site utilities are shared with the next site so when they ask if you want an extension cord, the answer will likely be yes.

We stayed at the RV park and were very impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities. The hot tub was great with the swimming pool a few steps away. Very relaxing after a day on the road. The shower rooms were spotless with plenty of pressure and hot water. The clubhouse offered ping pong tables, foosball and pickle ball courts. Will definitely stay with them again!

I waffled a long time about if this was a four or five star experience. It’s far from everything in the area whether it be the wineries in the east or the mountain biking in the west, but my mind was made up by my stay. In all my years I’ve seen vanishingly few RV resorts this immaculately kept. Every time I found myself thinking “oh it’s not nice, it’s just new” I’d focus very hard on the details and find where things had been fixed, cleaned, or replaced. This resort is so well kept you could eat off their shower floors. It may not be the most convenient location, but no where is in the area so why not pick somewhere nice.

We spent four months at Canyon View RV Resort while renovating our home in Grand Junction, and I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! The entire resort is absolutely immaculate. There are always staff members out on golf carts maintaining the grounds, and their attention to detail really shows. Everything is beautifully kept, and the resort feels incredibly safe and welcoming. The clubhouse and amenities are top-notch, and the facilities are consistently spotless. But what truly sets Canyon View apart is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your stay a great experience. What could have been a stressful four months of living in our RV during a home renovation turned out to be a wonderful experience. Whether you're staying for a few nights or several months, I can't recommend Canyon View RV Resort highly enough. They truly set the standard for what an RV resort should be!

We have stayed at Canyon View several times now and find it to be one of the finest RV parks in the western states, well-designed and constructed. The staff are willing to help and are friendly and courteous. Facilities and bathrooms are great. Consider Adult only hour at the swimming pool?

Very nice and well maintained RV park with great bathrooms and showers. Nice amount of space between rigs and big pads. Water was great tasting and good pressure. Will definitely be back to this park.
